There are so many trucking companies out on the market, everyone wants to find the best one to work for but due to the amount of them, it is extremely difficult to find the right company for everyone! Based on the experience, the best companies are not the ones that pay a lot of money; there could be a lot of problems with this company! It is important to understand that in order to learn how a company works, it must be analyzed in the same way that the company analyzes potential employees and checks their records (MVR, PSP, Criminal Report, etc.).

To accomplish this the below should be done: - Examine the company: open the company page and check answers on the questions, reviews, and safety scores
- Examine the social media resources, and read the comments and reviews.

Before making a decision, apply to a company and request a meeting and after the meeting, request that the entire information be sent to your email in order to have confirmation of their words. If at the office, an email with confirmation can be shown to someone who is attempting to provide different conditions!

Something to be aware of is that each company wants to hire and is ready to tell everything potential employees to want to hear, but when arriving at the office, it may be noticed that some information is incorrect and at that point employee does not have a choice as they understand that they need to start and see what will happen over time.

Despite starting the job an employee may still not be fully aware of the conditions and that lack of information may affect the attitude towards the company and would want to return the truck and trailer, but they will say that it is not possible and there is a need to work for another two weeks, because two weeks notice needs to be provided. After two weeks when coming to the terminal to do the drop inspection, there is no money earned in this period as an employee leaves the company. Consequently, after some time when calling the company to find out about the money, they will say: "Sorry, you have a lot of damage on the truck and trailer"!

In this case, the last statement should be requested and inspection dropped. If at that point the company has charged unfairly and the damage was never done, please return to our website and leave a review, so that other drivers are aware of this company and how they cheat drivers.

Here is the checklist of what should be done before agreeing to the job offer: - Check company safety score, company reviews and company’s social media
- Check on forum about the company
- Talk with recruiter
- Ask for guarantee Email information, and for the contract
- Check the pictures of the trucks
- Request information from another driver on our website
