DVL Express offers a unique pay structure based on minimum base pay and progressive pay incentives. Each month a driver is evaluated based on factors like time with the company, days on the road, safety, fleet, dispatch, and accounting performance. These evaluations can raise the pay by up to $.08 cents per mile. DVL Express has its very own unique growth plan so that drivers can move toward their industry goals. No matter what a driver wants to become, we work with them to get them there.

Almost done with orientation but so far I am very impressed with everything here. Everyone I have met is super nice and constantly asks if I have questions or need anything. They have provided me with lunches, an in house motel room, and even a loaner car to run errands or shop. Not many companies seem to care about their drivers this much. Can't wait to grow with this company and take advantage of the other training and support they offer.
Excellent company, very honest people, I have been working for almost 4 years. No complaining, if you are not a hard and honest driver then I advise you to look for another company, this company needs some one to work as his/her company. Their pay is fair and they don't cheat your paycheck as other companies do. Very honest here they treat us like a family.
This place is bogus and one of the most dishonest companies I’ve ever came across. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to notice that all the wonderful reviews that are listed here are mostly coming from individuals who are new to the “DVL family” they state they just started or their orientation went great or use language and enthusiasm that someone who is very new to a company would. Want to know why? This company forces new employees to write a fantastic review about them as part of their final hiring process. They are forced to write a review before they get a chance to experience the unethical, unprofessional, manner to which this company operates…they make empty promises in an attempt to get you on board and they succeed for the most part but sadly those promises are never fulfilled. Be careful (I believe this comment.)
I have just started working at this company as Flatbed driver. DVL is one of the companies that thrives in this challenging market. I have read some negative reviews here, but I believe that some of them are not objective. In a short period of time, I have seen that the company is responsive to drivers and always wants them to be satisfied. My experience has been positive, and I do not think that I will change my opinion.
Enjoyed the hiring process. I don't yet know how the company is, but if their anything like Justin ( my recruiter) and the rest of the women and guys working to make me feel comfortable enough to relay my thoughts and concerns. Giving me great vibes on friendliest and treating a driver like he's part of a team. Thanks y'all!
I'm loving it here. Money is good. Maintenance people are good at what they do. Only thing that I can think of that sucks is having to work for another employer to get my tax returns to were I feel like I'm comfortable. This be my main gig. Big money, 2500 a week and seen more. Only reason I'm leaving but coming back is to get the government off my back at tax time. Elaine your the best. Beautiful. Would not trade this for a desk job
DVL has the resources for growth. They have an on-site repair shop and a warehouse to keep customers constant. They are a great company to join. Nobody treats their drivers better
Incredible company! Driving for them is a real joy. Good money, good bonuses, good loads. Amazing dispatch service as well.
Good 24/7 dispatching service. The Safety Department regularly conducts trainings with drivers, responds quickly and solves any problems. They require a secure deposit for new drivers..
Honest company dont cheat drivers they pay miles very fairly abd treat people with respect, they try to make people are happy they are doing their best to do better
DVL has a good culture. The people are kind and treat you like a real person. The orientation process is straight forward. The office is modern and full of great people. Glad I work here
It's clear they care about their drivers because they have set up a system of accountability between dispatch, HR, fleet, etc. training is nice and helpful.
Good management, professional dispatch, fast response HR, listen to the driver and satisfy all the demands that are reasonable. Personally, it’s the best to me. Especially compared to my previous employer.
Only good thing I can say I had best Dispacht ever in this company but also problems with paycheck and couple times fuel card refuse due out of funds, they charge for everything even for 1$
Very well payed . Best In the business dispatchers . Very well keep equipment . Very respectful management It’s truly a happy place to work for with great team to help you reach your goals .
this is the best company I have driven for. The equipment is newer. The pay is what they said it would be. The dispatcher is keeping me moving and giving good loads. Definitely recommend
It's rare to get the truth out of someone on the phone whom you will never meet. Most trucking companies base their mission statements on this premise. Not here. Nothing told to me on the phone has been untrue. nothing. The atmosphere here is one of casual competence. No yelling, no need to. On the road it's the same. Life happens and yourself and DVL deal with it as it comes with no distractions like pointless emails. You focus on the road and they are there when you need them. that's trucking
A good company with a lot of facilities for drivers on the yard, like hotel rooms, showers, laundry. They follow all their promises provided during hiring.
I really like this company been a company driver with them,I Don’t like how Log book people don’t do more to help drivers keep moving,Dispacher should pre book Loads to keep Truck running
