Good company to drive for. Good trucks for teams, solo driver trucks, not so much. Good pay, especially dedicated Estes account. Good dispatch but hard to reach night and weekends. Good pay. EXCELLENT accomodations during orientation, vouchers for lunch food truck and restaurant at hotel for dinner. If you are at the terminal after hire you can take the van (sign it out) for Walmart run/errands. I would recommend them.

Orientation is TRASH!!! Trash! No preplans ever…when you deliver a load you’re always waiting hours for another one. Mostly live loads and unloads.. PLEASE DONT RIN THE WEEKEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LAYING IN A TRUCK!!

If you are willing to work hard and do your job properly, this is the company for you! Straight out of orientation I was able to get rolling immediately and make my money. My DM was straightforward and truthful with me and has stuck to his word since I’ve been on the road. Any problems I had while being on the road was corrected and resolved that day and I love it here! Oh and the orientation team was great and made sure all questions were answered so you did not leave with any confusion. This is the best company I’ve drove for yet and don’t plan on going anywhere. You will get your miles as long as you like to run and on time to appointments. Great company to work for and I promise you that you will love it here!

If I could give this company a goose egg, I would. The sorriest company I've ever worked for, one week in a it was disaster! They never ever answer the phone, take forever to reply back even in emergency situations. They send you straight from orientation to recover trucks. This was a red flag, I've never seen almost an entire orientation class recover trucks before I my 17 years of trucking. They take your pay back from driving rental vehicles if you don't send in receipts for gas. They have huge orientation classes twice a week, so that should tell you about their turnover rate. Don't go to this company! Run! Or you'll be looking for another job the first couple days.

If you’re looking for a company that treats you like family and not a number, this is it. From recruiting to your dispatchers these people are awesome! Rebekah was our recruiter and she was so friendly and professional. She got me so excited about the company and answered every single one of my questions. Brittany did our orientation and she was so sweet and our puppy adores her! Everyone there loves our puppy so if you’re looking for a company who is pet friendly you have hit the jackpot here. Our dispatcher Deb is so so amazing! She drove for years and it’s so nice having a dispatcher that understands what we go through over the road. She has been there and done that so when I’m trying to explain to her what is going on she actually knows what to do. Some companies have dispatchers that have no clue about what drivers go through out on the road, not this company. They know, and they help you with anything. Even the night dispatchers are super helpful and nice. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lonnie over night dispatch and when I had a problem he was there doing everything he could to help me and didn’t stop communicating with me till we got the issue resolved. It was a very refreshing experience. Kevin who is the head of teams, dispatched over us our first couple days just to make sure we had a good start or had any questions. Bottom line these people are awesome. Everyone knows that people make or break a company, and let me tell you the people at Transco Lines are incredible. We found our home company, hopefully this helps someone find theirs.

I would never apply to this job. They have terrible leadership who will not hire very qualified drivers. They are also trying to give themselves 5 stars by having their employees make reviews.

Promised dedicated run but never formalized. Dispatcher strung me and several other drivers along just to run short routes. After three months, I had enough. Less than 2,000 miles a week.

Bad communication and they run your 11 hour clock while giving you bad loads. They will switch your driver manager without notice. Then they will blame you for being late when it was not your fault.

I started in June. They promise you at least 2500 miles a week, I haven’t seen 2500 miles since I been here. Your check will fluctuate working here. Too many live loads and live unloads to see 2500 miles a week. Dispatch does a poor job with getting you loads and responding to your messages or phone calls. If you deliver a load early you might as well shut down for the day because your next load won’t be available to pick up until the next day. I’ve had a couple of days where I had 4-5 hours of drive time left and was forced to shutdown. As I’m writing this message I’ve been waiting to hear from my dispatcher for the last hour and a half. Every time I call it goes to voicemail. Can’t call the main terminal line for dispatch because the automated message says “call your dispatchers main line for help.” Will be turning my truck in within the next few weeks.

Decent company. Decent pay. Only one TLI terminal. Parent company is Riverside transport. Can go to Riverside's terminals but locked out of facilities after business hours. Mechanics are not very good. 50/50 shot on getting a decent truck. Mine had to be in the shop about 7 times. Do not lease purchase with either Company unless you run team.

Hates answering your phone calls. Takes 3-5 hrs to get a load. Says no force dispatch but expects you to take every single load they send. Calls you every day all day about camera events because they have their own safety rules. You are paying for everything that comes with lease purchase, but they want you to do whatever they say like you are a company driver.

Good luck with Transco. They have staff that sit at a desk and drive trucks with cameras. The moment you get close to someone while driving they will call you and berate you about following distance. What a joke.

This company is no somewhere I will ever work again or ever recommend the office turnover is outrageous the "higher ups" what a joke they don't car won't talk to you when they do they just talk down to you. As a driver you will never be cared about you your family the other drivers your all disposable to this company basicly if they had a moto it would be "go fluff yourself" it's not a good place promises are always made never kept and the "camera team" will chew you out non stop for this a computer system says is worng and no one with actual trucking experience ever looks it over before you are berated on a regular basis. Just find somewhere better this place doesn't deserve you!
