I've been working for this company for a little over a year now these people are laid back great people to work for very nice equipment all the negativity that you see on here is pretty well a lie this is a great company to work for
Absolutely a joke of a company. Called there safety department due to one of there drivers driving extremely dangerous and putting peoples lives in jeopardy. He threatened others on the cb. And yes I am a driver myself but this dude was being a complete dip of a “professional”. Anyways. Left a message with there department and of course no call back. To the driver that was on 81N today. Your truck, trailer and your threats have been told to the Virginia state police. Enjoy
This company hires individuals who are very dangerous drivers. I witnessed one truck almost push an entire family off of a 20 foot bridge so they can maintain 80+ MPH. On top of that, they love to hug the left lane on a two lane highway. If you’re looking for a company to deliver in a fast time by putting everyone else in danger, this is your company. Trailer in reference 31815
We got scammed. Travis used us all night to check in at amazon facility múltiple times. He collected the tonu payments telling the driver that he Will send him $500. After that he disappeared. He did not respond to our emails. We asked him to pay us at least $200 for spending half the day dealing with him.
Teach your drivers to look for oncoming traffic before making a turn. Literally had to hit the breaks after crossing a green light. Driver did not seem to care! Houston TX 3:18pm
Reckless drivers, almost hit me while merging in the last second
Very dangerous and reckless driver. Almost hit me on the interstate even he see me. Make me pull on the shoulder. Will report to DOT video from my dashcam. Hope they loose their license.
One of the worst driver's I have seen out on the road yet. Rides people's asses and then gets a smart mouth on the cb when you tell them to back off. Doesn't care if you have a 5 mo old baby in your back seat. Yes I run with a cb in my truck since my other half is a truck driver.
One of their drivers took their 30 minute break in the fuel island. Had trucks back up waiting to get fuel. She could of found one of the many parking spots available!!!
Everyone is nice. And I make money and have no trouble getting home when I need to... unless a shipper or receiver detains unnecessarily. I've worked here over 2 years. They are a good little company. Ditch the big company and become a person not a number. Yes sometimes things are slow... but if you've been driving a while you know that's how it goes sometimes.
No problem getting home, fair $ for dry van freight, kept me rolling. No reservations recommending driving for TCT. This is a smaller company and they know you by name. No micromanaging, give just the info you need for PU and delivery and then leave you alone to git-r-done !! Numerous bonus opportunities.
Scum if you make the mistake of driving for this company stay you will regret it. They assigned me a dispatcher who. I could never talk to her and every time I called I got someone else who replied she was to busy. They did that so their was no accounttabilty. Of course they are all kin. I sat for over 12 hours for a Wal-Mart load in arizona. I had to beg for the detention pay I was promised. Then after I gave my 2 weeks notice and worked this scrum reported to the DAC that I had troube with dispatchers. I can't much more because I will soon be filing suit. Stay far away from these unprofessional scumbags
They make you take a survey to see if you're a good fit. You won't pass unless you give the extreme answers and they pretty much tell you to lie on the survey. So they want dishonest drivers.
Best job I ever had ...very happy
Safety director very rude argue with me that we have already talked and I have never talked to him whoever Bruce is is probably the reason why you are having trouble getting drivers to come to work for you I have over 20 year's driving experience and he was so rude everyone else just fine I was very interested in your company but not now.
When taking your driving test for these people, make sure your pretrip is thorough, you won't get another chance, they won't let you do it again
The most wonderful job in the world. Please give them a call to discuss you future. My name is Earl the Pearl Perkins. Say my name if you are CDL certified.
Ok place to work for it just wasn't the money I was use to making. Orientation was a quick process hotel 🏨 was nice. They take you out for lunch every day. So yes 👍 a good company to work just not for me… I have nothing negative to say about them
What is the best part of working at the company? Brand new ADA vans that handle extremely well in heavy snow. Management Team is outstanding. Couldn’t have asked for better. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Not really stressful except for traffic during rush hours. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Outstanding!! Everyone looks out for each other and the veteran drivers are always looking to help out the rookies. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Walk out your front door to your mobile office because you take the van home. Do your morning routes. Go home for lunch and/nap/workout. Go do afternoon/pm routes. Interact with special needs kids which can be really cool once they’re comfortable with you.
What is the best part of working at the company? Steady work, I started a year ago and I will retire there ,, just an easy place to work,,, What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Maintenance issues...I think that needs a lot of help, that's probably the worst part of the job, the shop needs to care more about the trks What is the work environment and culture like at the company? People are friendly abund helpful but the shop personal isn't the friendlyest ...overall there there for you if you have issues What is a typical day like for you at the company? Trucking and staying busy is a typical day for me ,,, just do the job and there's no issues ..
Easy to work for Laid back environment they really understand your personal needs equipment is pretty much in great shape just got some new trailers in
Come to work get your load n run to the best of your ability..Its a very friendly n family oriented place I recommend worth looking into..Im here to stay..
Very friendly and willing to help. From top of management on down. Shop a little less. Overall a good company. One of the best I've worked for i would say the best in Arkansas for sure.
Started out pretty good 1st dispatcher did too drivers whatever she wanted & management @ Prescott or Little Rock did nothing she was a known drunk & worked when she wanted. 2nd dispatch talked a good talk but lied too me twice that I know of.3rd dispatch tried to make me do what I told them from the beginning I wouldn’t do. Got fired over a lie and was given no chance to refute lie
Great place with great managers and personal, Company driver are based in Arkansas and O/O are located all through the US. They do have a great machine shop and great place to get your truck work on or fixed at a reasonable price. The safety coordinator/manager is family ordinated and excellent in what he does. Payroll managers are also easy to get along with as well. All-In-All a wonderful job.
Good company but forced dispatches. Good benefits. Get paid by zipcode to zipcode . Inconsistent miles on flatbed. They have a rider program and a pets program too.
Good place to work. Couldn't have work for a better place. But I felt it was time for a change. Next to new company equipment, free individual health insurance, and 401k.
I need a change been doing it too long but overall it is a fun job I am my own boss if I don't wish to drive for the dayi don't. The management it can stand a little improvement the most part I like I get to see the world for free and meet different people from different culture
