Absolutely a joke of a company. Called there safety department due to one of there drivers driving extremely dangerous and putting peoples lives in jeopardy. He threatened others on the cb. And yes I am a driver myself but this dude was being a complete dip of a “professional”. Anyways. Left a message with there department and of course no call back. To the driver that was on 81N today. Your truck, trailer and your threats have been told to the Virginia state police. Enjoy

This company hires individuals who are very dangerous drivers. I witnessed one truck almost push an entire family off of a 20 foot bridge so they can maintain 80+ MPH. On top of that, they love to hug the left lane on a two lane highway. If you’re looking for a company to deliver in a fast time by putting everyone else in danger, this is your company. We got scammed. Travis used us all night to check in at amazon facility múltiple times. He collected the tonu payments telling the driver that he Will send him $500. After that he disappeared. He did not respond to our emails. We asked him to pay us at least $200 for spending half the day dealing with him.

One of the worst driver's I have seen out on the road yet. Rides people's asses and then gets a smart mouth on the cb when you tell them to back off. Doesn't care if you have a 5 mo old baby in your back seat. Yes I run with a cb in my truck since my other half is a truck driver.

Everyone is nice. And I make money and have no trouble getting home when I need to... unless a shipper or receiver detains unnecessarily. I've worked here over 2 years. They are a good little company. Ditch the big company and become a person not a number. Yes sometimes things are slow... but if you've been driving a while you know that's how it goes sometimes.

No problem getting home, fair $ for dry van freight, kept me rolling. No reservations recommending driving for TCT. This is a smaller company and they know you by name. No micromanaging, give just the info you need for PU and delivery and then leave you alone to git-r-done !! Numerous bonus opportunities.

Scum if you make the mistake of driving for this company stay you will regret it. They assigned me a dispatcher who. I could never talk to her and every time I called I got someone else who replied she was to busy. They did that so their was no accounttabilty. Of course they are all kin. I sat for over 12 hours for a Wal-Mart load in arizona. I had to beg for the detention pay I was promised. Then after I gave my 2 weeks notice and worked this scrum reported to the DAC that I had troube with dispatchers. I can't much more because I will soon be filing suit. Stay far away from these unprofessional scumbags

They make you take a survey to see if you're a good fit. You won't pass unless you give the extreme answers and they pretty much tell you to lie on the survey. So they want dishonest drivers.

Safety director very rude argue with me that we have already talked and I have never talked to him whoever Bruce is is probably the reason why you are having trouble getting drivers to come to work for you I have over 20 year's driving experience and he was so rude everyone else just fine I was very interested in your company but not now.

What is the best part of working at the company? Brand new ADA vans that handle extremely well in heavy snow. Management Team is outstanding. Couldn’t have asked for better. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Not really stressful except for traffic during rush hours. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Outstanding!! Everyone looks out for each other and the veteran drivers are always looking to help out the rookies. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Walk out your front door to your mobile office because you take the van home. Do your morning routes. Go home for lunch and/nap/workout. Go do afternoon/pm routes. Interact with special needs kids which can be really cool once they’re comfortable with you.

Great place with great managers and personal, Company driver are based in Arkansas and O/O are located all through the US. They do have a great machine shop and great place to get your truck work on or fixed at a reasonable price. The safety coordinator/manager is family ordinated and excellent in what he does. Payroll managers are also easy to get along with as well. All-In-All a wonderful job.
