Western Transport Logistics team is absolutely amazing. I joined the team a couple of months ago – super pay rates and always right on time, the atmosphere is great. The other guys’ guidance helped a lot to get used to the work. Highly recommend.

Shoutout to Rob by FAR the best dispatch at Western Transport Logistics. Best driving job I have had yet. Good trucks, professional atmosphere, keep you rolling, loads booked before your offloaded, very good pay! Me and my fiancée both drive team and so far we love it here. Also, people are very nice and honest. Very good company 5/5 stars.

I’m a new driver. So far, I’ve only been here for a week and I’m having a total blast working for this company. They’re so nice and they really do know how to look out for their drivers. Highly recommend working for them!!

EVERY SINGLE 5-STAR RATING ON HERE IS A LIE. My fiancé worked for this company. Workers were encouraged to leave positive reviews to combat all the actual negative reviews they received. The company is dishonest and did not pay him after he put in his two weeks. Please do your research and find another company. Not worth the headache and time away from family!

This company does not care about their drivers! The pumping team aren’t provided with proper equipment and gear to protect themselves. I received 3 days of training instead of the required 2 weeks! The pay was not what I was promised. Not sure how they still have drivers willing to work for them!

My first month working with this company my truck broke down on the highway THREE TIMES!! They cheaply did small fixes so they wouldn’t have to spend money to fix the real issue. I was promised a new truck that never came. They don’t care about the drivers at all.

I have been with Western Transport Logistics aka WTL since 2017. I had quite because of negative influence and returned after six months of realizing my mistake in leaving. WTL is a friendly and family oriented company. They treat you with respect and care for your well-being. They have a great team of staff and driver's. I couldn't ask for anything more with this company it's home to me.

Awesome place to work! Everyone in the office is friendly and easy to work with. New and well maintained equipment and the pay is great! Worked 2 and half years there and would still be there if I didn't move out of the working area. Would definitely go back!

Very unprofessional. My first day of training my driver manager took me on a ride along with him to the studio. I should’ve know then that this company was not a good fit.

So far pretty good! Damage an flatbed trailer unit and didn't get fired like most companies would've done. Great atmosphere, great miles, great pay can't complain!

Wonderful Place to work. They do a lot for drivers and their families. They try their best to help the community and make sure every driver can pay bills and live comfortable lives.

They lie to you to get you to run more miles. They cheat you out of pay. You have to call every payday because your pay will be wrong and they will never fix it.

They set drivers up for failure. The dispatching is all over the place. They very much play favorites when it comes to their drivers. New drivers are given decent runs to start. Then it all goes down hill from there. After taxes and depending on how many runs you get for that week. After taxes you can expect a $700-900 check. They pretend to care about the drivers. Until they curse you out and tell you how you messed up... I wouldn't recommend working here. At face value they seem professional. But stick around long enough and you'll see how they really operate.

What is the best part of working at the company? Great company. I made alot of money here, as a company driver, over 100k per year. Good trucks, good maintenance, good dispatch. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Driving over the road and sometimes tarping gets old. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Great environment. My dispatchers were always extremely helpful and super supportive of everything I did. Always worked to get me where the money is and also to get me home when I needed. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Start early, get unloaded, head to pick up. Never sat for more than a few minutes, if that, after a delivery. Drive 9 hours a day, or more if you can handle it.

You will run hard and be promised everything but, dispatch will act like you owe them for finding loads. Frieght doesn't pay here. Your given a guarentee but, expect $900 paychecks.

The one major issue that this company lacks is having someone dedicated to planning. I cannot count how many times I was informed that a load would be planned on me following delivery and it never came to fruition. Management cares about their employees, and while some employees can be boisterous at times, when you come and do your job, they do stand behind you. They offer a signed guarantee of 1250 per week granted that you run the minimum 450 miles per day and are available Monday through Friday to work. If you are willing to run west coast then you can see paychecks ranging from 1250-2200 per week. Like stated above though, my only discrepancy is that they do not have someone planning loads on their drivers so you will do some sitting once you are at your delivery location.
