My Terrible Experience with My Tax Agency LLC. I regret to say that my experience with My Tax Agency LLC has been nothing short of a nightmare. I entrusted them with handling my taxes, hoping for a smooth and stress-free process, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. First and foremost, their communication was abysmal. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone at the agency, and when I did, I was met with unhelpful and indifferent responses. It felt like they had no interest in addressing my concerns or providing the support I needed. Furthermore, the quality of their work was shockingly poor. My tax return was riddled with errors that I had to spend countless hours correcting on my own. This not only cost me precious time but also resulted in additional penalties and fines from the IRS due to the mistakes made by My Tax Agency LLC. To make matters worse, their fees were exorbitant given the subpar service they provided. I expected to pay for professional expertise, but I received nothing but headaches and frustration in return. Lastly, I cannot overlook their lack of accountability. When I brought up my grievances, they seemed to brush them off and offered no meaningful solutions or apologies for the inconvenience they caused me. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using My Tax Agency LLC for any tax-related services. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and provide a disservice to their clients. I can truly say that this My Tax Agency is a life saver. I found them several years ago when I was about to lose my mind cause the IRS was garnishing my wages and I wasn't able to get IRS on the phone to try and figure things out. But they came right in and calmed me down and got straight to work and within a few days thing started to look better and they gave me a payment plan that fit my life and stopped the garnishment and explained everything from start to finish and basically fix the past and continue to help me keep my future stress free and debt free too. I recommend them to anyone that will listen. They worked a miracle for me call them and see if they can work a miracle for you too. 100/100 for me.
