So I have to say that everything actually started out very well. He was on top of everything, getting documents from me, getting my tax return done but then communication had haunted since I had been waiting on my refund. I had not received a copy of my actual tax return which I had been requesting from him for about a month. I asked him to just verify the refund amount I was getting back and he had not responded to me until I left a poor review on his page, he IMMEDIATELY called me maybe 10-15 seconds after I posted that review. Fast forward, he uploaded my tax return to the app and I was able to view it. I then noticed that a mistake had been made on the w-2 (he said it was my fault and I disagree but no point in going in circles) which means I need to amend it. Well, for about 4 weeks now (the last time I spoke to him) I’ve been texting him, calling him, I got on Thumbtack which showed me he was online at the time that I messaged him, and I have yet to receive any sort of communication back. I’ve simply asked that he just communicate how I can amend my taxes or if he can do it for me because I’m not experienced in this kind of thing. I have a baby on the way, due in the next 5 weeks and I need to get this done so I can stop worrying about it. I also was just made aware that my refund was sent to him from the IRS almost 2 weeks ago, which I’m assuming means he’s suppose to release that to my bank and that hasn’t happened either. I JUST NEED COMMUNICATION PLEASEEEE! This is so unprofessional and frustrating. This is my first year using someone to file my taxes and probably my last. I’ve done just fine filing on my own but I wanted to support black business and clearly that was a mistake here. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews as they can really mess a person up but until I receive a response that’s just how it’s going to be.
I know from their articles and from my speaking with Andrew, that they are very good in assisting people in dealing with the IRS, in resolving their Tax problems
I recommend that they are a excellent company to help you with whatever you need done.
