An error occurred on my 2020 tax return due to an update with BGBC's software. An amended tax return was filed a month later. I am due a refund, but instead, I have been making payments to the IRS for over 5 months because the company's error showed me owing over 15,000. My representative just tells me I have to wait. I think BGBC should be making my payments to the IRS because of their error. Poor customer service. I will not be a returning customer.

Was chosen for an audit. Audit finding found that there were multiple errors which resulted in us having to pay a significant amount of money.
Appreciate the information on home ownership. I knew it, but nice to confirm it. We pay our taxes annually and do deduct them on IRS tax form.
