Outstanding experience! I could not be happier. Watheeq is very accessible and knowledgeable. He has it down. He was able to file my Tax return for the 2 years i was behind on and helped get me expedite my tax return. Him and his partner is eager to help and nice. They made it a very simple process which looks overwhelming at first. Great job!!!!

Let me start off by saying that their office is always clean and smells really good lol. Now to the juicy information. When it comes to customers service, both representatives at Max Accounting & Tax Service CPA LLC strive to have the best "customer first approach". They take the time to listen to you and make sure you are heard and well understood. They are very patient and very polite making you feel as if you are their only client. They respect your time and are always reachable making sure the respond to you in a timely manner. The juicer part. They went well and beyond to make sure I was getting the biggest benefit to my bank account, whether that was through a drastically reduced tax liability or a huge refund back at the end of the year, without inflating my own deductions. Most importantly, they are very honest and transparent. They charged me reasonable fees. Overall, I am very pleased and will be sticking with them forever.
