Absolute disaster hiring this company. I went in and explained exactly what I was looking for from a tax company. Harry assured me they could get it done and I asked a rough pricing to get started with them. Knowing I need these services for years to come. Not only did Harry communicate poorly, did not provide me any direction on what was needed or what I could do to improve my tax situation. I specifically asked for that. I literally had to bring stuff up to him like "dont you need my business expenses". He was like "Oh ya." What??? I reached out and talked to the manager Grant about the poor experience. He specifically said "we should have charged you more." They literally charged me double from what I had been quoted in our in person meeting. I've been working with Kyle Spicer as my accountant for a few years now. Kyle has been available, flexible and extremely helpful. I have put a variety of things in front of Kyle and he has always been willing to help work through solutions that are in my best interest. I can concentrate on running my business without spending time worrying about my tax situation because of the plan Kyle set up for me. This year I started a new business and leaned on Kyle for guidance in setting up the best tax structure for my situation. I've recommended Kyle in the past and will continue to do so.

They eventually got the work done. Response time was slower than my previous accountant and I hope it was at least done correctly. My main complaint was that when I initially met with the accountant, she quoted me that she would match what we paid our accountant we were switching from. However, every single month they charge way above and beyond the agreed amount. There have been lots of other issues like not paying the provider tax etc like agreed at our initial meeting. When I met with her to do the consult, she basically said what I wanted to hear then billed for whatever. At this point I’m cutting ties and will either go back to my other accountant or switch to someone else. If they get their billing correct and bill me for what we had agreed on I will update this review. I’m hoping the over charges were just an oversight as she said they typically don’t do monthly billing like my old accountant did.

Not often are the words "fun" and "Certified Public Accountant" placed into the same sentence, but a special exception can be made for John Edson. Other adjectives that also come to mind when describing John include 'common sense', 'intelligent reasoning', "success oriented", and "goes beyond what is expected". Finally, and most importantly, John is an individual of honesty and integrity. I would not recommend this group. They advised our small business to pay unnecessary taxes for YEARS. After leardning of the mistake thye did not take ownership in these actions. I feel this happened because we were a small client pushed in the corner and not payed attention to. Bummer.
