If you’ve got tax concerns or need expert advice and assistance, I highly recommend Chris Hertel and team. He was able to assist with some older returns that were not processed by the IRS. He was empathetic, nonjudgmental and had a great sense of humor. He really put me at ease for a stressful situation (to me). Price was very reasonable also.
I have used Hertel Tax and Accounting for years to get my taxes done and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I have also personally referred people to them that were a couple years behind in filing and Chris took great care of them, showed understanding and compassion with no judgement. They loved the service and still continue to use him as well. Work is always done quick and done right and the rates are great! Highly recommended!

I was quoted at $150, paid $226 for 3 W2s(2 States) & a 401k withdraw. When I went back for my file (they don’t give it to you the same day), I waited 30 mins before I was acknowledged, even after I told them what time I would be there.. tax season is stressful enough, I’m glad it’s over for me.
