I hired Priscilla for her expertise in handling tax matters for multicultural couples, and she is undoubtedly friendly and knowledgeable. However, my experience has been marred by poor communication and follow-up. The response time to inquiries is wildly inconsistent, ranging from under an hour to several months. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone, voicemail, text, and email, I often find myself having to initiate contact for updates. On one occasion, I even had a scheduled phone appointment that was missed without any follow-up or explanation. My biggest concern has been the delay in filing an amendment, which is nearing its deadline. It's been over 20 weeks since the last submission, and the IRS still hasn't received my return. This lack of action and communication is putting me at risk of significant financial losses. While Priscilla has the potential to provide excellent service, the communication issues and missed appointments need to be addressed for a more reliable and stress-free experience.

Priscilla gave us the best tax advice and helped us with any questions we had. She gave us the different scenarios and how to best plan for the future tax year. There is also the responsibility of each customer and being the owner of our information. She is great at making sure to give tax/accounting advice but also how much of this is our responsibility to provide to her so she is able to best assist us as a customer and business owners. Highly recommended.

Priscilla A Prado has not refunded our services fees since Covid-19 pandemic shut down. It was not the fee that upset us. It was the respect and principle of small business supporting other small local businesses during this tough time. Multiple emails were sent regarding the issues yet we were ignored on many occasions and the claims of sending us a refund check was never met. Unfortunately we were left with no other choice but to address this publicly so other small businesses do not go through the same kind of loss in time and money. This is unacceptable behavior and very unprofessional. Moving forward make sure your service providers are currently licensed and not just certified.

I always try to support local/minority/woman owned businesses. What initially seemed like we were in good hands to move this huge project forward, quickly changed to a lack of communication, delays, & subsequently being systematically dropped down their priority list. Slow to respond, quick to upcharge services with little to no return visible on my end. I have been locked out of my QB. First quarter has yet to be closed. This has become a logistical nightmare. Thank you for responding to my post. Now that I have your attention, you responded quicker to this post than the promise to follow up with me on yesterday's notes. I'm still waiting for answers...I still don't have access to QB & 2nd quarter reports...so? nothing but excuses and delays...step up and finish what you started...
