Beware of this school. I am only giving 1 star because it won't allow me to give zero stars. I am just giving a honest review. When I initially came to this school was told I would goto a more state of the art campus because I had a workers comp voucher. That the other campus had newer trucks and all were on asphalt. A couple of months go by and I sign up and it turns out that was a lie. Upon starting on the Reese campus the yard was mostly dirt with rock s and lots of potholes with small area of asphalt. All the trucks were run down. All the yard trucks barely operated. The one we used for skills test brakes didn't work right and it was extremely dirty and barely ran. The one we used for air brakes testing only ran, didn't hold air, we pretended it did. All the other trucks were too messed up to do anything with on the yard. The actual road trucks were in better shaped but all of them needed better maintenance. On to the instructors, there was Brandon and Paul. Brandon is awesome he is there to assist when needed. Paul on other hand is a complete jerk always yelling and screaming at the students. He should not be an instructor. This school is 100% self motivation. The best way to learn is through the other students. Brandon did the best he can based on the resources he had but thier were normally more students than he can handle. Some time in middle of my schooling the owner decided to change campus on us and came on one day with directions to a new campus. When arrived at the new campus it turned out to be a nightmare. No asphalt or pavement anywhere. Rocks everywhere, tumbleweeds everywhere, weeds and potholes everywhere. Was a very unsafe campus. On top of having unsafe trucks now the campus went from bad to worse. Both campuses had very bad restrooms. We only had porta potties to use. No shaded areas. The owner shyan is a complete jerk. He is only onit to make money. He doesn't care what shape his school is in, doesn't care about any of the students. I texted him that I didn't get my drive time promised to me and he came to the campus and yelled at me in front of all the students. Beware of him. Beware of this school. There are much better schools for the same amount of money.
I don’t recommend this school to anyone. Because it’s waste of time. It’s hard for you to learn in this school. Once you pay them, they don’t care about you anymore. Their customer service is very terrible as well.
It was a good experience! The instructors are very knowledgeable and answer any questions you have, and you get a great environment where even the students help each other out. They will teach you what you need to know to pass your dmv test on the first try.
Just passed my test thanks to this trucking school. They are by far the best! Professional. Paul is a fantastic instructor! Brandon is great too. I couldn’t have done it without them. Even the office staff is great! Thank you Marie. They get you in and out. I highly recommend this school!!!!
I recently had the privilege of attending Abylex Truck School, and I must say, it was an incredibly rewarding experience. From start to finish, the professionalism, expertise, and dedication displayed by the instructors and staff were truly commendable.
First and foremost, I want to express my sincere gratitude to my instructor, Brandon. His knowledge, patience, and ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner made all the difference in my learning journey. Brandon's passion for teaching and his unwavering commitment to his students' success were evident throughout the course. He always encouraged us to ask questions and provided valuable insights from his years of experience in the trucking industry. Without his guidance, I would not have gained the confidence and skills necessary to pass my DMV test.
I would also like to extend my appreciation to Paul, another exceptional instructor at Abylex Truck School. His attention to detail, hands-on approach, and constructive feedback were invaluable in honing my driving skills. Paul's unwavering dedication to ensuring that each student understood and applied the principles of safe and responsible truck driving was truly remarkable. His passion for teaching and commitment to excellence created a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
Furthermore, I would like to thank Renee, the office manager at Abylex Truck School. Renee's professionalism, efficiency, and friendly demeanor made the administrative process smooth and hassle-free. She promptly addressed all my queries, guided me through the necessary paperwork, and provided me with the necessary resources to succeed in my training.
It's worth mentioning that Abylex Truck School places great emphasis on student responsibility and active participation in the learning process. They stress the importance of personal commitment, preparation, and determination in order to obtain and retain the wealth of information being taught. The instructors make it clear that success on the DMV test is dependent on the student's dedication and seriousness. They provide a comprehensive curriculum and guidance, but it's ultimately up to the student to ensure they remember and apply all the knowledge imparted.
In conclusion, my experience at Abylex Truck School was exceptional. The combination of expert instruction, supportive staff, and a commitment to student success truly sets this institution apart. I would highly recommend Abylex Truck School to anyone aspiring to become a professional truck driver. Remember, with adequate preparation and determination, you can achieve a first-time pass on your DMV test and set yourself on the path to a successful trucking career.

Awesome School the best in Sacramento. No other Trucking school can compare to this school. Hands on training and high rate graduates.
I called this place to get information about class B license and the person whom answered the phone was super rude and wouldn't give me information, I would think that if they charge for a service, they would have good customer service skills. However, this guy was the worst and I'm sure you're reading this and you know who you are, there are other schools and I will explore other options.
Great school, the instructor''s are amazing. They actually give a dam, they work hard so you will pass you're test. They give you all the tools you need to pass you're CDL.
