GSF is a Great school and gave me all the tools I needed to one, get my permit, study all the required DMV tests and get Awesome one on one instruction at the yard. I went to the Sylmar location and I would recommend GSF to anyone looking to earn their CDL. The instructors are very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I worked a lot with Edgar. Good guy! I passed on my first attempt at DMV. Thank you GSF!

GSF was a great experience for me, the instructor’s are patient, informative, thorough, and knowledgeable.. The classes are set up for 1 on 1 training which is great because the instructors can specifically point out on what you need to work on and motivate you to get better.. The girls in the office were always very helpful and approachable. I had no problem getting my school schedule and my DMV appointments, they are on top of everything.. If you’re looking to get your CDL I highly recommend GSF, you won’t be disappointed..

Great experience, great instructors and great results. I trained at GSF Sylmar and just passed my CDL road test. I was super prepared because of the great instructors at the site, as nervous as was to test at the DMV I was super confident that I KNEW my stuff. GSF is the place if you want to learn how to drive, park and be a truck or bus driver. Im living proof. THANK YOU GSF!!

I’m giving GSf 5 stars for the simple fact I got my license and that was the goal..The last few months have been a full on sacrifice and when I first came and saw the reviews I was skeptical but also saw some questionable bad reviews so I said let’s go for it! The school gave me everything I needed to study from the mock test to get my permit, to all the videos detailing the parts for the walk around inspection to the air brake inspection… my trainer was cool and taught me each skill for the exam I felt confident… I will say that it’s a lot you have to study on your personal time if your not putting in the hours to come early and memorize the parts of the truck that’s on you and not the school, if your not watching these videos for hours at the house before work or whatever you have going that’s on you. You don’t have time to not be putting in the hours because the dmv examiners are going to fail you for the smallest errors and it’s demoralizing going back especially when you lose a chance over your own mistakes…. I’m grateful to this school because they put me in position to change my life after taking and finally passing this test.

They gave me my packets in February and I got my permit in less than 2 weeks. Started my class in April and after exactly 4 weeks of school I got my test and passed the first time!! Went to another school that didn’t help me, IF YOU WANT YOU CDL THIS IS THE SCHOOL!

This is a great Trucking school, and it is where you need to go to learn how to drive your truck. Office staff Julio and Jonathan helped me a lots with me schedule. and instructors are knowledgeable,responsible, patient and friendly. They are willing to teach. That is what we students need. Sylmar GSF is amazing! Instructors do a great job and are patient. You can feel that they really care about you getting the proper training in order to be successful. Always going above and beyond. If you want to get your CDL come to GSF!!! You won’t regret it!

I currently was a student at GSF out of the Sylmar yard , and I went and tested for my class A , and passed !!!!! It was a lot of hard work but thanks to GSF's outstanding instructors such as Shane,John,Jose,both Sergio's they all are great and really care about the students and all work really hard to make sure you get the skills you need to succeed and pass your exam!!!! Excellent school and staff thank you so much!!!

I've just passed my test today and I have nothing but appreciation for those at GSF. I 110% Recommend coming to this school, they have been very helpful to me and are great teachers, they prepared me with everything I needed to know! Such a great experience at this school. I wanted to give up and quit cause I'm so hard on myself but the owner told me to believe in myself that I CAN do it. Every Instructor is different but I had the privilege to learn from each and every one of them. Not only do u practice in school but GSF also has a zoom class every Saturday where u can learn from a great instructor name Albert and among the rest of the students in zoom. I will definitely recommend people to this school. Thank you to each and everyone of you in this school that believed in me ?

It all started eight months ago when I started this journey. Having been turned away from one school due to unforeseen circumstances, I was able to land at GSF trucking & Bus Driving school. With knowledgeable instructors and a friendly administrative staff that was able to answer any questions I had, I was able to see my potential in trucking! I didn’t know my skill set coming in but my instructors instilled in me confidence that I could do this trade. I’m beyond grateful for this school and the skills and knowledge I’ve gained on the road and in life. I highly recommend this school for anyone that wants to pursue a career and truck driving.

Don't waste your time or your money with this school. Go to a school that doesn't have you having to commit every Saturday to learn your pre trip Online. I can't even begin to tell you about the bad experience I had with this trucking school. Not even mentioned the attitude that some of the employees have. It's hard enough to try to digest all the information that you need to but when you have administrators and teachers that really don't look out for you it does not help. I'm so glad that I went to another school and got my license within two months 1st of all GSF has you complete all of these unnecessary classes online on this app called JJ Keller. You spend days trying to complete a total of over 50 different tests. When you could just go to another school that's completely hands on and learn all of that training with 1 on 1 personal instruction and also with your other classmates. A number 2 At GSF you have to commit to every Saturday going in and doing online instruction for 5 hours. And number 3 when it's time for you to take your DMV test they make you wait At least a couple of months before you can schedule your DMV appointment . And God forbid That you have to deal with the woman that works in the administration office by the name of Tammy. Absolutely rude and absolutely not caring at all. Save your money go somewhere else

I had a really good time at gsf, the Instructors helped me a lot with all my questions and gave me some pointers on how to approach different obstacles thank you for teaching me.
