10/10 The guys there are really cool, david a instructor there is very cool and laid back in a positive way. He teaches you everything that you need to know guy has tons of patience doesn’t make you feel tense and is straight forward on if you need to work on something to get you set before your appointment. Mike is also another very cool instructor, isn’t yelling or downplaying your driving. Will recommend to anyone who asks me in the future!

I’m going to talk about the pros first. Two out of the three instructors, very respectful instructors funny and always want to help. They have a lot of information and they are always willing to help you with any problems you have (pre-trip, air brakes, skills, on road). It is nice that they are open early since many of us work during the mid day. I passed my Class A test and it seems to be that this school has the highest passing rate which is very impressive. Cons: very unorganized, one instructor very disrespectful, only had one chance to use the truck because of my contract and I needed driving time and he threw the keys on the floor. Said Instructor is just disrespectful and many students have had numerous of arguments and altercations with this instructor. I don’t think he means it (certainly hope not) but for what it is, it is down right wrong to the way this instructor treats some of the students and even other instructors. There is a lot more for both sides, this is just my take. By all means this school is great but needs to be run by someone else.

I recently attended this school for my Class B /P Lincense and I might say it was a great experience, I finished a month early that’s how determined I was!! (but) .There’s a lot of students with only 3 teachers that has to tend too every one,so my best advise too the public is to stay patience,ask when your not sure,pay attention & stay focus and if you have any problems go to Rebecca in the front office she’ll help you figure it out…

Hi Desert Trucking School is hands down the best place to go if you're looking to get your Class A license . I can't thank them enough for helping me achieve my goal and obtain my Class A license. Not only did they provide exceptional training, but the team at Hi Desert Trucking School truly went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. First and foremost, I want to give a special shout out to Jonathan, the incredible manager at Hi Desert Trucking School. No matter how stressed I walked in, his infectious smile and positive attitude never failed to calm me down. His ability to handle any situation with grace and professionalism is truly admirable. Marlon's availability and dedication to teaching are unparalleled. If Marlon takes you on the road, rest assured that you will never fail a drive test. Words cannot fully describe the impact this gentleman has had on my life. He is a true game-changer in this industry. I would also like to thank Jay, the school's owner, for handpicking such an amazing team. Their expertise and commitment to their students are truly commendable. Was deciding between a couple schools for trucking. Very happy that I went with hi desert. A big thank you to Singh, manji, and Mike for all the help. I passed!! First time to the DMV was a success because of the rigorous training I did at HDTDS. Outstanding instructors were the name of the game for me. Mr. Singh, Brother Robert and Mr. Manjit were my biggest influences to pass. Their instruction was top notch. It's a small place which proves to be valid because when you do the DMV skills test, you'll find that the blind parallel parking maneuver is easier to do as the DMV's box is bigger. If you can do the skills at school, you'll kill it at the skills grounds! Thanks to the entire staff at HIGH DESERT TRUCK DRIVING SCHOOL!!

Had a excellent experience with this school, They teach you all the skills you require to obtain your CDL, there staff are courteous, patient and knowledgeable, there equipment is excellent and gets you your skills required for your test. I want to thank Mr Singh he was an excellent mentor who has his heart and passion in teaching with compassion as if he was the student Mike, Billie, Jay and his wonderful wife and the office Staff thank you for everything.??

First and foremost I just passed my dmv test and I couldn’t be more excited and satisfied, High Desert Trucking school is great ! It was recommended to me by my brother so of course I gave it a shot. The school goes step by step, pretrip, airbrakes, in-cabin test and then 3 reverse skills after that it’s behind the wheel driving. Overall I’m content with everything from the staff, the school and the equipment. Best school in the Antelope Valley, definitely recommend!

Hi Desert is a great school with great instructors from Mike, David and Mr sihng they helped me complete the program in 4 weeks I highly recommend this school to anyone

Good school. Trucks are in good shape. Instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. I was prepared and passed first trip to DMV. It's great hanging with and talking to other students, and everyone helps each other out.

Finally got my Class A license and I can say I’m happy to have Hi Desert Truck Driving School give me the tools and knowledge I needed to pass at the DMV. I’m really grateful for them and will always recommend this school for anyone thinking about getting into their trucking career.

Fantastic school! I passed my test first try! The instructors at the school are always positive and they helped a lot. I was a new to all this truck stuff but the instructors and students helped so much through the way and I learned so much. You will learn how to do everything at the school and if you can do everything at school you will for sure be able to during your test. I highly recommend High Desert Truck Driving School! This was a great school. Learned how to drive a tractor trailer in 3 months . Teachers are great . Students are friendly. And they work with your schedule if you are in certain situations like myself with work . Recommend 100%
