TRUE TEACHERS!!! Just received my class A cdl from the training I received at this school. Steve, Chris and Cole were fantastic instructors that really took the time to make me feel comfortable and gave me the space to learn. They are experienced drivers but are also true teachers at heart. I had no knowledge of driving trucks this large or complex and they have a great teaching process of stepping you up from one challenge to another. I always felt prepared for the next thing I needed to learn and before I knew it, I was driving a manual tractor with a 53 foot trailer! I knew though that if I needed some extra time to master a particular aspect, they would take the time to work with me. They have many different types of trucks and trailers that you will get practice driving. I truly cannot imagine a better learning environment and am genuinely thankful for the experience I had with them.

Absolutely amazing school, all Chris, Cole, & Steve make a collectively incredible team of instructors on multiple levels across the board. Great hands on learning and perfect sizing of the classes to where you still get virtually one to one teaching. The curriculum all around was great and left me feeling perfectly confident to have the foundation to build off in the trucking industry. All 4 of my other classmates came from completely different walks of life and every single one of us passed! Not to mention I was able to land a job in less than a week after graduation. I truly and genuinely enjoyed the entire experience and I would gladly repeat the school 10x over if I had to and would highly recommend the school to any & anyone. As a matter of fact i'm planning on putting one of my loved ones through the school ASAP to help give them the same life changing opportunity I feel like I just got in life with the same knowledge & experience I just gained from the school. If you plan on getting your CDL, do yourself a favor and choose this wonderful establishment!

Attended this school for my class B manual with air brakes. These guys have it down to a science. Great learning environment, fun and the instructors have awesome attitudes. I really enjoyed my time here and I passed all my tests the 1st time, that’s a testament to their teaching abilities. 5 stars all the way.

This was one of my greatest accomplishments. I have always wanted to get my CDL as long as I can remember. I started working for owner operators when I was younger. Then, I went on to get my pilot car license working with oversized loads. Now I have my Class A CDL, and it wouldn't have been possible without Springs Truck Driving School! I have always loved BIG TRUCKS my whole life, and now I get to drive them. I want to give a special thanks to the people who pushed me to be better and better every single day. If it wasn't for their knowledge, patience, and kindness. I probably would have given up on my dreams all together. If anyone is looking into getting their CDL, I would recommend Springs Truck Driving School #1 hands down!! Their training was great, and we started hands-on driving day one. The entire staff is very passionate about turning out the best drivers possible. Very informative and knowledgeable instructors. They took the time to explain to each student any concerns or questions they had. Top notch humans and I would recommend them to anyone seeking a CDL

The instructors there are amazing and have over 25 years of combined experience. Their teaching methods are all hands on based which is key when it comes to learning the vehicles. These guys know what they are doing and can give you the skills needed to be a successful CDL driver.

I just passed my cdl a from this school and to be honest with u the way they make u feel at home and part of the family is amazing if u give 100% they give 120% The owner is a awesome man that has worked hard to get we're he is. Chris(instructor) is amazing and very funny, great sense of humor and willing to make sure u make it if that is really what u want Cole(instructor/owners son) is a young man devoted to helping others and is just so happy all the time to see people bettering themselves. If your looking to better your life and need to take the next step to a career I think this school would be great for you. My experience there was a eye opening time for me to realize there is so much more to life and I am worth so much more. they gave me a hope for the future and I'm glad I chose that school.

Awesome hands on learning, the instructors were top notch! Chris, Garry, and Eddy will make a truck driver out of you! They are flexible and want to see you succeed!! It was awesome getting time driving different set ups like dry vans and tankers. Getting to drive the trucks from day 1 was huge. When test day came I was 100 percent confident in my abilities to maneuver the truck. They also take time to teach you how to approach the job market which is huge. The owner Steve is also a very knowledgeable. He makes sure you have the tools needed to pass your test and be a safe driver. Would recommend this school 100 times over.

I had an amazing experience during my time with the Springs Driving School. And I can guarantee that their capable instructors —who have many years of experience driving all kinds of class A CDL vehicles — will methodically build a sturdy trucking foundation that will get you that passing grade on your road test. Tester: Steve has a kind personality, is well spoken, and easy to drive with; which makes him the perfect person for testing out drivers. Instructor: Chris is clear and concise when giving instruction, is remarkably patient with students who have never driven big vehicles/manuals, and usually spends his free time thinking about how to improve upon his students weak points. Instructor: Coal adequately teaches smooth start-and-stops, straight backs, offsets, and will most likely take you out bobtailing for the first times. I've enjoyed my time at the Springs Driving School, and would gladly endorse them to anyone with a CDL permit

By far the best trucking school in the Springs if not the whole State of Colorado. Shane was my tester and Chris was my instructor, both are an amazing teachers. I went to this school without any knowledge on trucking and I can tell you that I now know how to do my Pre-trip backing up maneuvers and driving. If you want results and not wast your money please for the love of God don’t go to United States driving school you will be highly disappointed. Go to Springs Truck Driving School, I am telling you this out of experience. Thanks so much for everything Shane. UPDATE: The picture below are from December 2021- January 2022. I have been driving for about a year and 5 months now OTR. Shane I know you don’t like hearing it but thank you and everyone at Springs Truck Driving School. I have passed two DOT Inspections so far and no traffic violations yet fingers crossed. I wanted to do a update and let anyone interested in the trucking industry know that if you attend this school and do as this guys show you trust me you will be set up for success.

I just completed CDL Class A training at Springs Truck Driving School. I successfully completed the course then passed the skills test on my first attempt! I highly recommend Springs Truck Driving School to anyone seeking CDL training. The school has a variety of vehicle types and can meet all of your training needs. The training that I received was second to none. I would like to thank Gary, Chris, Shane and Steve for the wonderful experience and for sharing their knowledge. The atmosphere is very professional, and safety is always the main objective. My experience was fun and at times, very entertaining. You will never be bored or feel like you are not a priority. The curriculum is well organized and the hands on training was exceptional. It is obvious that the instructors take pride in their work and that the success of each student matters. Beyond being instructors, Gary and Chris are professional educators and their experience in identifying each student's unique needs is apparent.

Very professional instructors!! Chris and cole helped a lot to understand and get comfortable behind the wheel and gave you all the knowledge you need to be a safe and successful driver! They don’t sugar coat anything and are very straight with you. Steve the owner is really cool and test day made feel good and not super nervous! Very thankful for them!!!

I really enjoyed the program. Steve knows what he's doing, having different makes of trucks to learn in prepares you for the real world, and the hands on approach really gets you the experience to be more confident on the road. Chris is a great instructor. He really knows how to teach, super helpful, and knows how to just do the dang thing. That first week of doing nothing but starts and stops may seem monotonous and boring, but it makes a difference come week 3 with the big box trailer on the road. Tyler's great too, good at explaining and teaching. I'm glad I went through this program and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get any class of cdl.
