First thing I noticed was how humble the owner and the instructors are, they give such a family feeling and welcoming that makes everything more comfortable and stress free. If you are serious about why you are there and go by the rules, which are very simple and understanding. Trust the process, they will not steer you wrong. They care about you and you are family to them. They want to see you succeed. I feel like a part of the clement family now and I will be back to see them every chance I get. My job wanted me to get my CDL to help out the other drivers, they told me to find a school. I found Clement truck driving academy. Upon starting the course we were informed that the testing on maneuvers were changing and it was new to them and they would have to adjust training a bit in order to accommodate the new standards. I came to the school with 0 truck driving knowledge or skills. Doyel (the owner) walked us through the study guide and gave us real life knowledge to take the permit tests. I was able to pass all test needed to obtain my permit the first time. Then came maneuvers training. Since it was new to the instructors, we worked together to come up with a best practice to utilize conducting the new process. Then cam road training. Though they were tough, they were tough for a reason. They want you to succeed and sometimes you need to tough love, they give it to you straight forward. Then comes testing time. I did very well on the pre trip inspection, then on my own faults, I failed the maneuvers. The academy wasted no time in getting me another chance the very next morning. But before that, an instructor spent some of his time to go over with me the area I failed after work hours. The next morning I took and passed the test. I am thankful to all the instructors at this academy, who went above and beyond to teach, coach and mentor me to obtain my CDL. I can't thank them enough nor can my company, as they sent me to NY. On my first trip. Again, thank you for all of your time and efforts Clement and instructors. If you are looking to obtain your CDL. I highly suggest giving clement truck driving academy a serious look into. They want to see you succeed. Because if you succeed, they succeed.

They all have incredible experiences and skills that can be tailored to any driver to help them succeed. Everyone is more than willing to get their hands dirty so that you can win. The professionalism while still being a family oriented organization, is unmatched in the trucking trade. Beyond blessed to attend this school and if anyone wants to achieve their very best when it comes to a cdl, it would be a mistake to go anywhere else.

My experience at clement truck driving academy was amazing from the top tier training to the cozy cabins they provide to there students to dorm in while at the academy it really is a good experience I can’t thank Doyle and the instructors enough if you are looking for a trucking school that treats you like family and wants the best for you with years of knowledge and experience then I highly recommend clement trucking academy

Clement truck driving academy is a great place to learn. 4 weeks may seem like a long time, but I'm constantly appreciating what I learned in this course. Also, they are an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY school. There was no Favoritism over the male or female students. If you are willing to learn, they are willing to teach! I became very close with these kind people, as they helped me to master everything I needed to pass the test. They made me feel confident in my driving and in taking my test. When it was all over, I stood with my test scores in hand. Actually a little torn between the happy feeling of ready to leave and get driving, and the feeling of not wanting to leave those I had come to know. If I had to do it all over again, I'd still choose clement truck driving academy!

Can't say enough good things about Clement Truck Driving Academy and all the staff there. They really care about making sure you succeed and do well in the trucking industry. Stephen was my instructor and he was top of the line. Knows what he is doing and talking about. Doyle and his whole staff made sure I had a job once I graduated and got my liscence. I just completed training for Class A CDL. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this school, its training, and the instructors. Being the only female in my class, I can say that I was treated with respect and no different than any other student. It was fantastic! I began training not having ever been in a semi truck. When I completed the coursework, I could not only drive a semi safely on the streets and interstate, but I also knew the parts of the truck, what those parts did, and how to check their mechanical functions for safe operation. The owners and instructors have many years of experience, and they are more than willing to share that knowledge with students. They truly want students to succeed. They are all personable, kind, and caring. if you are interested in getting a CDL, do yourself a favor and attend training at Clement Truck Driving Academy. I begin my new career as a Class A driver in a couple of weeks, and I can attest to the fact that the money I paid for the training at Clement Truck Driving Academy was worth it.

The best training course I have ever experienced period. Walked in day one with zero knowledge in commercial motor vehicles, and graduated having passed my driving exam handedly, thanks entirely to the amazing family and staff. I think their excitement with my success matched my own! I had an unbelievably positive experience here and I am certain you will too.

If you are serious about learning to drive a truck, this is a great school. If you are not serious, you probably won’t like it. It is not like going to college. It is very structured, a bit like being back in high school. But, they will try to train you to a standard higher than what you need to pass the state exam. You will get a lot of driving time and personal instruction as needed. They may sometimes put stress on you, or tell you a truth you don’t want to hear; but, it is all with the goal of making sure you can be a solid, safe driver and succeed in your driving career. Real life driving situations can be stressful as well. If you can do well at Clement, passing the state exam should be no problem. Do even moderately well in the school and you will be well prepared!

Absolutely the best hands on experience you can get. The one on one attention each driver gets is fantastic. Finally a truck driving school who actually wants to teach an unskilled person, wanting to get into the driving industry, instead of just wanting their money. Doyle Clement and his sons and other instructors run a tight ship here. They want an unskilled driver who is as serious about learning, as they are teaching. Leave your cell phones in your car, or shut off. They don't tolerate it. You come here to learn and be the best driver you can be. If you need extra individual attention, you got it.
