With 16 years of class A experience from 1994-2010 It's safe to say I have the basics down but was certainly a bit rusty. I hadn't touched any combination vehicle, let alone a commercial vehicle since 2010 as I did a career change into sales, marketing and operations, no regrets. So I opted for the 1 day course, and let me tell you these guys are AWSOME!!! Aaron, the trainer assigned to me, and JD the owner and final test examiner are consummate professionals. Aaron's people skills are absolutely beyond reproach. He managed my personality successfully, with complete professionalism and confidence. He provided the exact refresher I needed to not only pass the testing, but re-introduce me to concepts I had not even thought of in over a decade. A huge thank you to Ozark CDL and the entire staff! I’ve had the most amazing and easy experience with the entire staff from the beginning. The administrative side very professional and super laid back. The instructions very informative and the most easiest people to understand while they were teaching the entire students how to pass the test. These guys are extremely professional and informative. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was ready to pass my test on the first attempt! This is a advanced driving school so come knowing how to drive and practice your backing maneuvers ahead of time. I would 10/10 recommend this school!

I was VERY nervous to take my class A CDL testing, Virginia was a very good instructor and she made learning everything a breeze. I knew almost nothing for the pretrip when I showed up and by testing time I new everything I needed to know. 100% recommend her and Ozark CDL as a whole.

The entire crew at Ozark CDL are salt-of-the-earth folks. From the first phone call to getting registered, Debra and Ginger made it a very easy and painless unbelievably professional experience. On day one, a lot of information was thrown at us in a short amount of time. Aaron was my instructor and he made learning the pre-trip easier than I ever thought was possible. I worked mostly with Aaron and JD and I couldn't have asked for better instructors. I was nervous going into it and they made the learning fun and easy to retain for test time. These people are awesome! They really know their business. Dianne was my instructor for the day. Very knowledgeable and has a way of teaching you what you need to know in a way you will remember it. JD is super friendly and knowledgeable. He is good at his business. Erin stayed in contact with me the whole time until my appointment. She also is very friendly and good at her job. All in all when I left there I felt like I got my money's worth and met some really good people. I would recommend them to everyone needing assistance with their CDL

Don’t second guess yourself. My trainer Aaron was phenomenal. From start to finished. Clear precise detail to everything. My examiner JD was phenomenal. Theirs no pressure because you will be properly trained! It’s worth it to get your CDL. Can’t thank the staff enough! Don’t hesitate schedule your training you won’t regret it!
