This school is really about just money . If it wasn’t for my instructors I would’ve dropped from the program. I lost my job a month after taking school due to my schedule . I asked them for help for two months straight nothing but the run around . Then when I graduated the hound me and my employer for information. In order for them to get money off me starting in my field right after graduating. When they didn’t help me at all . Go to a school where your more then a number!!!

Would not recommend anyone to go here. Definitely feel embarrassed to even say that I went to this school. The office thrives on talking about people and drama. Don’t care to really help you it’s just “doing their job”…they lost a lot of good trainers and people who actually cared to help the students. Stay on top of your grades and your financial aid because they will play you. Still this day would call and call waiting on a call back or response. On a positive note shout out to Danielle one of the dopest human beings working there she definitely looks out for you and goes above and beyond. One of few who really will look out for you.

This school has been incredibly rude, incompetent and unprofessional from start to finish. I took the 1 month CDL A program. The first 2 weeks was almost entirely in class work which is almost completely unnecessary. The written permit test is very easy and could be passed with 2 days of independent study. They do not give nearly enough time to practice the maneuvers. Then the admin side was just completely god awful. The test gets scheduled nearly 2 weeks after completing the course. They bumbled my permits twice they told me I could test on them then the day of the test they pulled the rug out from under me. I’ve missed so many days of work to accommodate their incompetence. Do yourself a favor and take your money somewhere else. I wish I could leave a 0 star review

I tried to attend the school back in 2020. I made an appointment and showed up and it was a complete waste of time I was told because I didn’t sign a draft back in 2001 or something I couldn’t get financing! I explained that I was incarcerated and they told me go get proof smh! On top of that their tuition price is outrageous and their program is entirely too long. My cousin is currently attending this school and has been there over two months long story short I started 160 driving academy while she was in the middle of her second month and i graduated 4 weeks later. I got my cdl a using a 10 speed manual on the first try! And only paid 5,995 dollars! And my cousin is still training till this day , now she has to learn a whole new set of skills because they changed the skills portion of the exam and them skills started 8/28/23 now that’s 6 skills when if they shortened their program she would have only needed 3 skills and she would be driving right now! I don’t recommend this program to anybody stay away and one more thing 160 driving academy got me financing with no problem

if deciding to go to this school ask about other cost not covered by loans and grants. Visit the school in person don't skip orientation. when doing the financial aid if the person is using their personal computing device ask not to or at least use a new strong password that is not used on other accounts. you don't know what is being stored viewed or connected to unsafe networks

Amazing welding instructors. Yes, they offer a welding program! First time I’ve met instructors and staff who are so committed to seeing students not only succeed but to also obtain a career in their field of study. The best and most personable career school you will find in the area!

I went to school here back on 2016 and I am super grateful I got my cdl. In 2022 I went back to be an instructor and some of the things I saw are very alarming. First and foremost there are only 4 minority instructors currently working at the institution. James Cox is either directed or prefers to keep the ration low. Which doesn’t make any sense, being that 80 percent of the students are minorities. There is Not a single person in management or or a lead role that is a minority. Which brings me to my second point. Being an instructor there for my short time, I was teaching the classroom. I’ve had several students reach out to me via social media and texts after resigning telling me how fun exciting and progressive I made the class room. I resigned not because of the discrimination I witnessed at All state, but because I was working part time in the evening searching for a cdl job I could do in the morning and still be able to teach and mentor students in the evenings. I turned down many offers that were very good opportunities for my family and I. Finally after funds were getting low and after asking several times and being denied extra hours on I was pushed to resign. Similar to how some instructors at all state push minority students to learn how to drive an automatic restrictions which ultimately limits their places they can be hired. Being so new to the industry the student thinks they are being done a favor but in reality it’s not helping their circumstances. Other students not minorities will be swaddled and given extra time to get things together so they won’t have any restrictions on their license. Last but def not least, the favoritism among the instructors with scheduling by Curtis and james Cox is so obvious and discriminatory. I was offered a full time position but I had to work weekends. When others would not have to work any weekend days at all and have a M-F schedule. All in all not a bad place just beware of the people who are trying to set you back like Cox and Curtis.

This school was amazing !! I have never ever drove anything bigger than a Tacoma and now I have a class A cdl .James Cox the cdl director will answer any questions and when he talkes to you he does so in a way as if he has nothing else to do full attention. To my instructor who goes by the nickname hot dog thank-you you was patient easy-going and also made me think and learn and when I messed up you never once got excited and remained calm which made me stay calm .To any new students for your sake I hope you get hot dog . Thank-you everyone

The faculty is really helpful and give a family feeling. The instructors for the CDL program are knowledgeable and will to take the time to help you. There are a few different options for class schedules which helped me out since I work during the day.

I've never been apart of a better class. Welding is not just a class it's a way of life. I'll be back soon to ensure my teachers are as well as I am. Best school ever attended. Better than PTI or better known as PCI

Highly recommend using all state for getting cdl. The instructors there were really cool, easy to talk to and learn from. They walked you through everything from pre trip to long driving trips to make sure you have it down before taking the test, really made it a breeze.

I signed up for a shorter term program than most at the direction of the company I worked for at the time, and I can say that in the short amount of time I had, my instructor Mark was more than patient, understanding and humorous when it came to training. Mark worked as long as possible each day to ensure I made my goals every day, showing me every way to drive and pull a trailer. I passed the exam on my first try thanks to the work Mark put in, and I couldn't be more grateful for that. If you're looking for a school that can teach you the ins and outs on top of the normal training, this is the place to be.

I went to this school over ten years ago to obtain my Class A CDL, and endorsements. Since then, I've had several, really good, local jobs, driving different types of commercial vehicles. Now, I own my own small business with two trucks. Being a professional truck driver has been a wonderful livelihood for myself and my family, and I learned how to drive here.

I attended in 2010. I was so well prepared that the trainer at my first company thought I had driven before. The road instructor i had is no longer there however i believe they still employ great instructors! I'm still a driver. I still use some of the skills taught at All State. I've read the negative reviews and just can't agree. It's 6 years later and I'm still loving this truckers lifestyle! Good luck!
