Teach your drivers how to drive on the road. I just saved my life from this driver. He was driving very rash and suddenly changes lanes without any blinker. Please take an appropriate action for this driver.
My dispatchers were great. They had a terrible night dispatcher, earl, when I was there who forced me to do a 8/2 split on my fist night out after training. Pay was terrible to be honest, I was at .38 when I was there. New hires when my friends left were making more than the people who had put in years with them, so I can tell that the higher ups don't care about driver retention. The shop there would consistently reset check engine lights and tell you that you're good until you have the fun flashing lights and lose money to go back to them. Or the time I told them where a leak was and I was told I was wrong, that it would be fixed, got back out and had to turn back around to get it fixed again. All in all, I can't recommend. Hopefully the dispatch is still treating drivers as good as I was when I started. Not that one on night shift tho. I hope he steps on a Lego barefoot.
I was attracted by their "6 years of best fleets to drive for" ranking. I was never offered a sign on bonus although they advertise one. The truck I got was a 5 year old International with 500,000 miles plus. No mattress. No apu. No inverter. After asking about those things I did get an inverter and a mattress after about a month. No clear instruction on how their Per diem benefit was tracked and after repeated phone calls I was paid part of what was owed. Disappointed and dissatisfied with my entire experience. Their pay per mile is on the top end, however the miles on the account I was on were not enough most weeks to make their minimum pay. After many conversations about not enough miles I was forced to find work elsewhere. Not recommended.
Drivers are more worried about holding their phones rather than the steering wheel
Good school and starter company. Low pay and weekends off usually consist of 1 whole day. This may not always be the case, but it was for my husband and I on a dedicated route. I had to take time off for my daughter's surgery, which they allowed, but said it wouldn't look good on my driving record. To clarify another reviewer their 24 hour dispatch team consists of one person between 5 pm and 8 am, and weekends, and forget about trying to get a hold of HR anytime. Maintenance? Duct tape and bubble gum. Secure parking? Had our personal vehicle hit and was told the security cameras were broken. It was a good learning experience, but am much happier at our current employer. More money and more time off.
The only reason I am giving this one star is because I had no option but to do so. I was driving to work yesterday and encountered one of your trucks. The truck was riding my bumper the entire time in the pouring rain. I was going the speed limit and I guess that wasn’t fast enough for him. The driver almost hit my car multiple times. The truck number is 950117. This person needs to have their cdl revoked.
My husband was told he would get home and the dm that run the dole account would let him come home. He liked the company but didn't get to do the area he was suppose to do.
Tld logistics is truly one of the best trucking company's out there to work for..if you can land a job here I highly recommend you hold on to it..they have great dispatch an all the miles you want to run..great benefits to an their trucks are really nice also..the only down fall is their safety department is very strict..just don't get no safety violations an u will be fine..I only wished I knew tht sooner or I would still have my job there..yes that's right I was fired for speeding an got a violation so they let me go..it was my own fault tho..I can only hope one day they would bring me back.. you don't realize how good you got it until u lose it..unfortunately it was to late for me..good luck drivers

Working in the accounting department provides an opportunity for sensible autonomy. We are managed and supported, yet not micromanaged.
Great experience with TLD. They are safety committed, and awesome equipment. And everyone is so helpful with answers and solving situations.
Great place to work for. They treat their driver's right. Plenty of miles and get you home when they say they will.
I have worked at TLD almost 20 years, they have been very good to me over the years, great company to work for.
Clean lots, great sercurty, friendly employees, strict on rules and safety. Great location, plenty of parking. Also offers a school too. Clean restrooms and yard and building.
Outstanding menu. I tipped the waiter 5 bucks even though she forgot to refill my coke. ?
