We have been utilizing the mobile service depart for a little over a year and they have been great. Jessee has been professional and very responsive with any issue we have. The technicians have shown up when they were scheduled and always got us back up and running in a very timely manner.

Very nice laid out facility, Not enough parking area for dropping trailer, but nice drivers lounge, one small shower available that works fine, vending machines, coffee, outside covered area with picnic table. Busy shop, not enough help, but that's true all over since covid. Probably new normal, sad unfortunately, for drivers needing to get back on the road that don't have another tractor available.

This freightliner service department is absolutely the best I was taking care of so well from the first moment I walked through the door. I went to have my headlight changed that ended up being a bigger problem, which they found and fixed and it saved me from having a bigger headache for the future but Tina Wallace, Kelsey Hendricks and Todd were both so patient, friendly and very very helpful with me while I got my truck worked on. I am so very appreciative of these two people and the rest of the staff that took the time to make sure I was able to get back on the road as quickly as possible. I cannot say enough good about Birmingham Freightliner. Over the weekend, we were driving our new to us motorhome (2014 Winnebago Forza 38R) back to Missouri from Florida when we got a DEF warning light and check engine light show up on the dashboard. We stopped just south of Birmingham for the night and I did some internet research that basically said "get it to a Freightliner dealer as fast as possible before the engine derates". Yeah, not the message you want to read at midnight on a Friday, still 10 hours from home. Fortunately the service department at Birmingham Freightliner was open on Saturday. I brought it in and Kelsey and Andrew were so helpful. Normally they can't do diagnostics and service on the same day. But they were able to fit in the diagnostics over lunch and identify the problem as a bad sensor. They didn't have one in stock, but they called around and found one at a Kenworth dealer down the road. If I could get it, they would replace the part that day. After a couple of quick Uber trips, I came back with the new sensor and Andrew replaced it. Such a great experience. At this point, we're now planning to just bake an extra couple days into our Florida trips and schedule major service items to be handled by Birmingham Freightliner. The experience was just that awesome.

The worst dealer you can deal with , install wrong parts , broke axel, and hold the truck 45 days And low experience worker made the road test on flat tires Bad communication and Not deserve the name of Freightliner Damages mud Flap Not honest to your equipments And refused to Fix it or replace it

I bought my truck from this place 2017 cascadia with dd13. The truck have been doing amazing. I was nervous on buying the truck because it was my first time. Rick the salesman gave me all the information on the truck. Very honest guy Thank you Rick i will be coming back to buy a brand new truck next time!!!

Not the best place for people of color or other ethnicities to work or shop. Over a 2 year period I heard racially discriminatory jokes and remarks about foreigners. I also was discriminated against and subsequently terminated as retaliation for reporting these and other unethical practices. You can walk in and observe the racial discrimination based on the amount of employees who are people of color. They are rife with nepotism and customers often complain about their service and treatment. They will also use unethical practices to defraud customers out of large sums of money if you aren't a large company who spends money with them regularly. They mentioned in their response that the eeoc case is closed which is another lie, they're currently under investigation for retaliation. Very deceptive practices in place outside of the poor treatment of employees. Read through the other reviews for yourself. Hopefully you can find parts and service elsewhere. GM and parts manager are experts in deception and lies. Check their responses out

As a parts and service employee of MHC Kenworth-South Atlanta in McDonough, Ga, this review is to reflect my opinion of this dealership. A "Scott" in parts shift during the time of 10pm EST today was not only professional, but also attentive to my Parts inquiry. We get many freightliners at our dealership and to know a dealership where we can contact "after-hours" for consistent assistance, is a bigger help than people realize.

They are the best. Even though I was late for my appointment, they took me right in and serviced my truck, Jeff the service mechanic was very polite and courtesies. Kellie at the front desk was extremely kind, courtesies, and professional, she even gave me a company bag with a hat, tee shirt, water bottle and air fresher for my truck. If you want professional service done with a spoonful courtesiesness, then Birmingham Freightliner is the place to come. FA REAL!

My windshield has gotten shattered when a tree limb sticking out of a tree trimming truck slammed into it I called Freightliner of Birmingham and they said they could replace it. I checked in at the service desk and within two hours I was rolling out the gate

Got a truck through these guys, Britt has been my wingman for this entire experience. Had a couple of hiccups with the truck and Britt made for sure that they were fixed even when it wasnt at their shop. I highly recommend them for a new truck based on how I've been treated.
