Called from the road with an injector problem got to dealership they got the truck in immediately diagnose the problem. They ordered the parts had truck fixed the next day very timely and very friendly people technician David was the one that worked on my truck definitely a top-notch place and they care about the truck driver. Thanks again for everything.

A couple days ago I came in with a bad water pump. Durrell M. ( mechanic) stopped what he was doing and in less than 3 hrs had me out the door. Very professional and exceeded expectations

I understand there is an added cost for mobile repair, but when the rate is this high and the net gain for my DEF issue is zero, I have to complain. Today I paid a repair bill of $845 which included three required minimum charges and left me with no repair, two days of waiting for arrival, and an extremely short time on site. I get there is an added cost for mobile repair assessment, but $422.50 per hour with nothing repaired is too much. This is my “be aware” google review.

This place is awesome soon as they opened at 7am and at 7:30am they pulled the truck in the shop needed a nox sensor and they had to order the part but soon as it come in they put it on done the test on it and I was hitting the road so thank you for all y'all do @Four Star Freightliner I appreciate it so much.

I’m new to the trucking industry and have come across a few dealerships and have had ok service but not good or excellent service…until I came across Four Star Freightliner in Montgomery Alabama!!!!they went way out of there way to accommodate me and there the first establishment that I honestly felt like there here for the truckers and try there best to get us back on the road they are what every truck dealership should strive to be!!!!BIG SHOUT OUT TONTHE GUY IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!and thank you to the technician who serviced my truck!!!!they deserve 10stars!!!!!

Had our 2010 tiffin phaeton to this place for starter issues that other places couldn't figure out but after 2 weeks at 4 star they finally figured it out. Not all their fault that it took so long because of getting parts delivered took so long to get. All of the staff was awesome and treated us like family thanks to all that worked on our coach. Andy,Grant, Loren, Emanuel and the other guy who I can't remember his name but the cancer survior who wanted our dog hopefully Loren dad is better. God bless you all. Thank you ?

For months I have had problems with indicator lights coming on, no one could find any problems, by the time they check the lights had gone off. Yesterday I had to be towed in because off indicators saying my transmission wasn't responding. Again by the time the shop looked at it, everything was fine. Thankfully Nate decided to check all my wiring and he found the problem! Thank you Nate for being persistent and doing a great job!

Showed up on a Saturday 5 minutes after they closed but the two gentlemen in the counter area still accepted my order and gave me my part so I didn't have to come back on Monday. Thanks so much cuz I drove down from Birmingham and you save me a trip. Will definitely be back when I need their services. Great customer service

On March 8th I was having some def sensor issues with my 2020 Cascadia. I drove in to get the repair done and right away I felt like family. Everyone was just great. They were extremely professional and to top it all off, Paul was able to get me in and out the same day. I would certainly advise anyone to pay them a visit. They are truly a great group of people who definitely care about their customers.

Very bad experience visiting this place. The incompetence and unprofessionalism of the service staff is impressive! Service employees do not know what parts they have in stock. They make promises to fix the truck, but they can't keep those promises. Specifically in my case, on Friday I arrived and agreed to repair on Monday. arrived on Monday, stood for 2 hours, they did not fix anything because there is no part, on Friday the part was, and on Monday it disappeared. What kind of professionals are you if you don't know what and where you have? no matter what you understand, not some high-tech special part, but a banal and simple input seal into a drive shaft - a piece of rubber. As a result of visiting this place: lost time, money, nerves. I would not recommend this place to anyone, if you want to keep it all then avoid it if possible.

We experienced a problem while travelling to Florida in our RV, stopped at the FSF in Midway/Quincy Florida, they immediately diagnosed the problem and said they could fix it first thing in the morning (it was nearly closing time). They allowed us to camp outside their gate and use a 50 amp hookup they had available, fixed the RV the next morning as promised, and we were on our way! Walt was so knowledgeable and nice, even came in an hour early at our request to fix it! They deserve 10 stars! We are so thankful that we stopped there!!! They are the BEST!
