They got me in alot faster than any one else a total of a day and a half. Alot of the wait time was on the extended warranty. They also informed me that they could be efficient on pm,s also. We all need that one place to go to be taken care of give them a try.
Inland Kenworth was very helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and caring of our situation and getting us back on the road. The service writers Tim and Brandon are very helpful and they also know how to lighten the blow of being broke down. Also, James the part's Manger is very helpful and we appreciate him for helping us with a part issue in a timely manner. If you need help and you're in the Tucson area, Inland Kenworth is worth the stop. The restrooms and drivers lounge are very clean,, They have washer and dryer for your convenience. Tucson Inland Kenworth is The Best Repair Facility that I’ve ever dealt with. For the past 10 years Inland Kenworth has kept me running without any issues with any of the repairs they have done on my W900L & T680. They get my truck in for repairs in a timely matter and get the job done quickly. They have a great staff and their knowledge for repairs is Outstanding! I Highly recommend this facility for any issues that anyone may have with their equipment! Inland Kenworth in Tucson Az and their facility in Phoenix are the only 2 places I’ll take my truck to. They have a great staff in the parts department who can handle any needs for most situations. They are quick to get PM services done in a timely manner as well. I attribute part of my trucking success to them! They are always ready to get the job done right the first time and get me back in the road as they understand down time is a truckers enemy. Brandon and Tim r the best. I have literally dragged my truck 1000 miles injured so my work is done here. This shop is the only shop I trust to keep my running on the road. Whether it's rebuilding a rear end or the motor or just an oil change, I know it's gonna b done right. I can park it and go home and relax.
Worst place for oil change they take 4 hours for oil change and look in pics, what they did with my brand new W990 truck, fuel leaking, service guy left engine oil cap loose, fuel filter gasket put in wrong side, I went to TA El Paso they fix everything ....??? don’t waste your money
This why Trucker never go to dealer: took half hour to get work report done. Just transmission oil change for 4 hrs.
Parts department is the best. They are very knowledgeable about parts, problems with your truck, and off brand parts.
Truck has been there for 4 weeks. Misdiagnosed in the beginning. Told me I would have truck back last Friday. Never communicated with me and still waiting on Parts. After talking with advisors, they called me everyday by noon with am update and we're very proficient! I will use them again for work and purchases, as overall they did everything they could to get warranty to cover the defects... Also the service advisor said that I had little time left on the clutch and since it was already out I only had to pay for parts. Which I di and hopefully good to go for 150k or so! Thank you for working with me!
I always go to this location when I pass through Tucson because most of the time, I find what I need, and customer service is great

Our ac went out in Amarillo TX. No TA/ Petro or any shop along I40 to flagstaff AZ would even look at it. Petro Eloy didn't have parts. They gave me Inland kenworth to see if they had parts. I intended to pick up parts then look for shop to fix us. Inland kenworth is not only a great shop. They're compassionate as well. They discussed our situation and told us they couldn't let us leave in the heat(117°). They wrote us up gave us info and discount on an excellent motel so we could rest. They fixed our truck that night and had it ready for us to pick up Saturday morning. I cannot express our gratitude for them. 10 stars isn't enough for these folks
Excellent Work! Fast service and Incredible People! They go over and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and leave happy. They let you stay over night with your truck or you can leave it. There is even a guy who lives on site in his trailer keeping watch 24/7 making sure everyone's stuff is safe each night. Keep up the good work guys!

The truck stayed there for almost 2 weeks and before the truck went to them I cleaned the truck, but last week when we got the truck at our yard it was a mess and I don't know who took my keychain but wasn't there anymore and some other thin that we have there, the bed was dirty the two of them that one in bottom and the one on top it salsa on it , salsa that we use but I don't know what someone was doing there, they not supposed to be there in the sleeperberth, the driver seat was dirty and damaged more than before , maybe this person was standing on the seat maybe looking for something, I don't know but it was really disappointing, this person even took the part that we use to hold our GPS
