Very professional and clean parts department. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a lobby with a good variety of refreshments and places to lounge while the service department fixes you truck. Also the stay open till 10pm so nice to know. If you need a part for your big rig then definitely consider going to RWC for all your needs.

Class act dealership! We purchased a used Hino box truck last week. Our sales rep was Brad, he really went above and beyond to make sure the truck was as advertised plus he did some extra work as we found out last minute some items needed addressing. Their parts department is very well stocked plus we had the pleasure of meeting the staff at their Hino headquarters. All their staff are top notch people. Dropped off my truck for ac problems 3 times before it got fix half way, the rear ac still doesn't work, second time that I Dropped off the truck for transmission problems try calling 22 times for an update and it's been 6 days and I haven't been able to talk to anyone in the service department for not answering the phone, I wouldn't recommend this place if yoh want to stay in business,

Passing on information for all navistar owners. I stopped in here today and honestly found the best, cleanest and knowledgeable dealership within the navistar system. The shop is absolutely spotless. The service was a truck owners dream. Prices are fair. This location is now our go to dealership. I can not stress this enough, the entire dealership was clean to the point that I could not tell they worked on trucks.

Took my semi in 2 month ago, and i keep getting more excuses every week. I know ppl are not showing up to work thats when u hire hire hire.I feel riped off they charging me 42k for a rebuild.I will never do business w company's like this Now a year later I’m having more an more problem with my semi every day there’s something new or the same thing keeps happening I had the oil pan gasket changed 3 time an I keep having leaks after leaks. The warranty for 1yr is not good for what we do.

This delear scams people alot. It doesn't matter if it's mobile or in service they will rip you off. I called the the mobile service to figure out what's going on with my truck. The guy who showed up was on the phone the whole time. He spent the whole hour checking the fuses and didn't find any problem. Then they told me is going to be $900 dollars for the service. They didn't fix or find the problem to my truck and expected me to pay 900 for him to stand around and not figure out the issue to my truck. I wouldn't recommend taking your truck to them or asking for mobile service they will con you from your money. If I could I will give them zero ?

The truth is this place is a scam, they charge you for everything, I had my truck for more than a month, they never called me to give me information, I always had to call them, they will charge me $20,000, but I told them that I didn't want to be the job that was a lot of money And even so, to get my truck out of there I had to pay $4050.00 dollars for nothing. My truck came out the same as I took it... I paid for nothing just to have it there...

These guys are dope... and they keep late hours, a buddy of mine blow a radiator hose on his semi-truck while going through the mountains past fountain hills. They were open late and had all the things including the 11 gallons of coolant that he needed to get back on the road. Thanks guys ??
