Both hubs are leaking. There was a fire in the fuse box.

Still finding huge problems with my truck. Injectors are bad. They made all the codes inactive but they are all trashed. They really don't do anything to the trucks. They just buy fleets and flip them. This is the Coolant Filter. It leaked coolant out in Florida and left me stranded on the 75 Turn Pike in Florida. Josh said he would reimburse me for the air leak and brakes so my truck can pass the DOT inspection. He never did and that has been over 30 days. Josh is a liar. He will not do as he says. Just a truck flipper. Its over 35 days bow. Never addressed the problem. So he wants me to call him so he can make promises he never keeps. Just cut me a check and mail it. He just lies to you. Don't trust them.

Update- truck has now spent 80% of its time since ownership in a shop. Butch didn’t ever wanna settle on the cracked head because “I screwed up and took it to an independent mechanic. Volvos need to goto a Volvo dealer.” What Mr Butchy fails to understand is Volvo won’t touch a deleted truck (which was never mentioned in the sale of the truck. And actually I’m pretty sure the salesman sold it as factory stock) Anyways- trying to get an ABS issue resolved now so the truck is actually capable of being DOT legal. Just wanted to pop in and make sure this stays fresh. Run away. Westman truck has one guarantee, and that’s that they won’t stand behind anything. Took 8 months to get a title. A truck sold sight unseen as “road worthy” come off the flatbed smoking more than the Marlboro man himself. Assumed injectors and was willing to accept that as the price of tuition for doing business with this operation. Found out it was a cracked head. Was willing to settle with Westman eating 10k of the bill, but basically was told it wasn’t worth my court costs to sue him over it. And Butch isn’t wrong, it’s not. But What you can do is come on here and let others know to run away from this place like Ussain Bolt. And put a call into the regulatory agency in Arizona for dealer licenses and the BBB. I paid my tuition bill, and I’d recommend you find somewhere else to goto school. I’d guess FBT sales ain’t run much differently.

I bought a 2015 Kenworth t800 and it was a horrible buy. It was my first truck so wasn't very knowledgeable on everything to look for. They had a mechanic come by and pass inspection. They tried to sell me the truck with tires that weren't even safe to be on the road. But the salesman did at least change tires. The mattress from the previous owner was still in the truck But I was still eager to buy it so I didn't complain. As soon as I drove the truck off the lot engine light came on and the owner said it's my truck now and doesn't have anything to do with it. I drove it back to my state. Where I found out fan clutch was broken had to replace all shocks, torque arms, kings pins were out. Smaller belt busted. The entire truck had to be rewired but electrical was out. The mechanic shop I took the truck to did my oil change and found metal in the oil. He tells me get ready something is wrong. The computer goes out on transmission. Then the whole engine goes out. I only put 85k miles on the truck before the engine went out. Well I only had the truck for about a year and a half and put about 60k repair cost. Thats not including do basic maintenance. If your looking to buy a truck and want make a good investment then don't buy a truck from this dealer ship. Go with someone who takes pride in what they do, and in doing so you'll have a better chance at having a successful business.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! No matter how good of a deal you think it is, pass on them. Bought a truck from them which seemed like a fair price working with Fernando. They stated that the truck was road ready and that all repairs had been completed. Paid for a flight down there and found several items which would not pass inspection. Not only that it was leaking fluids and many other problems which weren't found out until I got there. So many that I had to fly back several states away while the repairs were to be completed. Despite my due diligence, once finished it broke down on the trip home, upon getting the truck back home after the whole ordeal it has been a complete lemon. 12k later in repairs and I'm still finding things. There are many more things they were dishonest about but I don't have time to write them all out. I just want to warn other buyers from making the same mistake. To this day they still owe me money for a reimbursement they promised and now refuse to pay and Dee won't respond to my phone calls or emails.

Bought a Peterbilt here. They have had poor communication and “owner” was supposed to call to sort things out but has still yet to reach out. Several attempts on our end have been made to get reassurance. We paid with cash and for some reason they sent us on the way with out temporary registration or title (as a dealer this is not legal to do). I have asked several times for documentation showing title is in process or other assuring information that the truck is not stolen. It’s been over 45 days now. Buyer be warned. Do not buy unless you have title in hand. These guys are not to be trusted and are shady when it comes to the most basic and important aspect of selling a truck. Where is my title?

I bought two trucks from the Chandler location. Fernando was great and very helpful. We had allot of request and Fernando worked with us to get everything the way I needed. So far we have had the truck 6 months and it runs great. We are defiantly going back.

Listen, I'm not the nicest guy in the universe, but I can't say enough good about the service you receive at Westman Truck Sales. Both the vehicles themselves and customer service are absolutely top of the line. You could say they have truck sales down to a science, but sometimes science is more art than science. The fine folks at Westman have made truck sales into an art. I highly recommend this fine business to the residents of the PHX metro for all your trucking and trailer needs.

Junior tried selling me a truck with fabricated engine overhaul papers. He’s clueless, he even tried telling me it had 225,000 miles on the overhaul but the overhaul was only performed 2 months earlier. It’s not even possible to put that many miles on in a year little lone 2 Months. I called the engine overhaul company. They said they overhauled a silver truck with red fenders with that truck number. The one Junior had papers for and was selling me was white. Beware
