Always good staff. Volvo all products available any time, always clean I like it

I had a worst experience with them. Eight months ago i got my truck injectors changed from them. And now my truck wasn’t starting properly and I got it checked from other machines and they said truck injectors are bad . And then I bought my truck back to them as injectors were under warranty . They kept my truck for diagnosis and kept it for 5 days and charged me $1450. Then received call from them after 5 days that truck batteries are dead and need approval for charging them and charged $600. Then next day i got another call that turbo needs to be replaced as it’s not good and asked for deposits of $4000. And then they said they are going to charge $4100 while picking up truck. I got my truck back from them they did not changed injectors and i refused to change trubo aswell . But my truck is working fine. And they were very rude with me.??

We are very pleased with the team at Affinity. From the diagnostics to the completed job. Each area was great about communication. They dealt with the warranty company (for those covered items) and kept us in the loop. They were clear on timelines and did what they promised. We are not from the Fresno area, but if you are or are in the area needing professionals for your truck, Affinity is the place to go!

I am very impressed of how fast they get the work done. In my personal opinion, these are some of the coolest, best customer service you can get. They are not just giving great customer service to me. They are as nice as you can get to everyone. I have not been here many times, the times I have been here. I am impressed. I would recommend.

Management here is a joke, it’s no wonder they have a bad rating. If you’re a mechanic looking for work just go somewhere else, there’s a reason they’re struggling to find technicians. Most of the 5 star reviews are written by staff behind a desk there, which is honestly pretty pathetic boasting fake numbers while behind a computer all day.

So yesterday I noticed my cab leveler valve was leaking so we called ahead of time and showed up about an hour later to the service department and not only did They have the part in stock but they were able to install it and have me on my way within an hour. The staff treated me and my dog like family They were nice and very professional. I highly recommend this shop. And there is also plenty of places to eat within walking distance as well. Parts is good! But service is layers. After not requested repairs they told me I was agreed when they called me. But when I asked to show me paperwork, there was incorrect non existent number. They said sorry. But laying is fact .

This is one of the best Volvo dealerships I have dealt with. They have great customer service and go above and beyond to meet the customers needs. George Gabriel in the parts department is your go to guy.

Worst customer service I ever had. you get on counter they will continue doing their work and will not acknowledge you and don't think they be nice when they talking to.you. they will treat you like you done something to them. My truck went there for just service and air leak. They told me it would be ready next day but didn't get the truck for next 2 days. Plus they charge me for labor just sitting the truck in shop not even doing anything on it. But there meter was continuing running. Wo the recommended anyone

The owners buying new trucks are reselling at a loss, bahahaha...

Customer service wasn't bad but I was told that it would take approximately 30min to fix a windshield wiper pump and it took 4hrs.

Take in ; usually wait maybe 2 hrs before it can get into the hands of a mech. Then it all depends on what it is to be done..curious enough. Treat you fine.. but it's a shop.. it all takes time.

Everyone I met was helpful and friendly.

Was changing a wire by the batteries. One piece of wire two tiny nuts. 2 hours of Labour. 320$! Manager lied over the phone about getting a part and extra time for it while mechanic said they had a part in a store. Never again with scam like that, plz, we need to feed our families, not to starve.
