Pulled into the lot after seeing a Peterbilt that caught my eye. Shortly after I was greeted by the owner with a smile who is very polite and courteous. Within minutes I was on the road on a test drive and absolutely loved the truck. I was given the truck history and was blown away by how nice the interior is. Being a previous fleet truck for Walmart I was confident that it has been taken care of. Sergio and Irene helped me get the financing needed. They were all very respectful and super nice to my 4 year son. It felt like I was visiting friends going in the office. Warning, Warning, Warning. Avoid purchasing from BEST DEAL TRUCK SALES. I have purchased 3 trucks and the 3 trucks they sold me came out of with problems. Just recent I purchased my last one. They claimed they did a DOT inspection which it is an scam. Their inspector is a joke. The front end tie rods and steering arm were loose. I was very clear to the salesman to make sure the trucks are in good condition because once i start working it is very difficult for me to stop them from working due to the work demand otherwise i can loose my loads accounts. Most break downs that i have with any of my trucks are done on the road unless i find the problem before they break down. I reported this to the salesperson to issue for a reimbursement for the amount of $320 but the Paul the owner of this place only offered me $160 because it was maintenance issue when i requested the DOT inspection to make sure my truck was safe to drive not only for my but for the public. The owner refused to pay the full amount of the bill knowing that it was unsafe to drive this truck and knowing he will lose my business. Now, in less than a month now the clutch went out which it is going to cost me approx $2000. This is unbelievable. The only reason i have been buying from this place is because the salesman not because of Paul who does not support small business like mine. Word of advise, STAY AWAY FROM Best Deal Trucks Sales because when you are in trouble they won't support you regardless if they lose your business. This is not an ethical business.

Please read before you go in here. The phone costumer service was great and they tell you what you want to hear. I was convinced I was about to buy a good truck freightliner 2019 with 520,000 miles. I decided last minute to bring a mechanic and oh lord! How is it even legal to sell a truck in this condition for 140,000k it’s not even worth 60k and I was about to get ripped off! And I know many other costumers will! DO NOT BUY Unless you can bring a mechanic over to inspect. Attached is the truck diagnosis

Second purchase no problems.some used trucks come with problems always buy warranty if you don't want problems go to new dealerships problem solve stop nagging is part of the game.

I’m very disappointed with the kind of service I got they promised to fix everything that I found wrong with the truck and all they did clear the codes I talked to them and all they said bring it back to the shop I did and nothing was done but clearl the codes again I will never buy another truck again from them
