We bought three Kenworth T680 trucks from CDL truck solutions (JEFF ). We had very experienced and trucks had minor issues which JEFF took care of it immediately. Jay the new guys is very nice . Vick is also very nice guy . Overall nice people. Trucks working great . Will update after 6 months. Will recommend people to do buy trucks here.

We bought a truck through CDL lately.. the owner and his wife seem like great people but some of the people who work for them are not. Ken was not very helpful and didn't do the things that he promised he would do. He also gave us some wrong information and did not seem to care that we had a time schedule to work around. Jeff was a lot better.

We recently bought a truck a CDL Truck Solutions our experience was great. Our salesman Javier was comprehensive, he really listened to our demands and was always friendly and helpful. When we purchased the truck and asked that they fix and replace a few things on the truck. They did everything we asked within a reasonable time frame. I look forward to our future business with CDL Truck Solutions. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone one the market for used truck.

REAL BAD EXPERIENCE?. Recently bought a truck from here. Owners were really nice and helpful but the salesperson, Javier, was nice at first but ended up real rude, not honest, and didn't keep his word. We also had a bad experience with the mechanic from the shop; our truck needed repair and the shop took it in but when we came to pick up and they said we were good to go, we left but 10 miles later we called because of the same problem and mechanic left pipe loose. AND had to take to Ross Roberts to get fixed. Ross Roberts was a real help and very friendly.

We were just looking some trucks. CDL TRUCK SOLUTIONS with Jeff be so polite, and provided us the best service. Jeff's personal approach help us determined and buy the truck. He was be punctual and attentive all details and provided himself whole deal. In the future we have planned to contact with CDL TRUCK SOLUTIONS and recommended all of want to got a truck with best service and friendly staff.

Slow start, still evaluating. Nice people good knowledge. I'm hoping for a show of concern for customer. Mechanic is great. Update, 4-10-2019 Still working on the truck got from Jeff most nerve racking experience I have had. Feel like I just got schooled again. I made some mistakes here to. Like never get in a hurry. Buyer beware. Etc...hug. hopefully I can grow from this. Good luck.

I dealt with this dealership. The owners were great to deal with and knowledgeable in their trucks they had for sale. They found financing for me, and they cleaned up the truck on delivery. Their service team went over the truck top to bottom with me to make sure I knew all about my new truck. After looking at several different dealerships in the area. They had the truck for alot less then other dealerships. Would definitely use this dealership again.

Ken was very helpful and cordial. This was posted in January. Let me give you an update since then. I bought a 2015 KW T680 and have already spent $10,000 on the After Treatment section on my truck. Every time DEF is added, either bulk or boxed, a couple days later, Fault codes appear. I replaced DPF filter, DEF filter, Doser, DEF pump, EGR and continues. The 3rd party warranties that we're provided is useless by Kenworth be Dealers. They give excuses on why parts are not covered. 20/20 hindsight, I should have spent $20k more to get a newer truck.

Bought a truck from CDL Truck Solutions. I’m in Texas and Bryce handled everything! Very easy to work with. If I ever need another truck I will check their lot first for sure.

Ken sold me a truck in 2019. I signed a commercial vehicle financial agreement with 8% interest, no prepayment penalty. He told me he will send me copies in the email. He also sent me another paper to sign electronically. I ended up with a fixed payment 60 months agreement with Ascentium Capitol, a very shady company. The original Financial agreement was a bait and switch

CDL truck Solutions what's a headache. They won't do anything for their customers until they're paid in full. My truck had no bed so he put one on will call in Texas and failed to complete the transaction. Got stuck in California for 2 weeks because he signed the title in the wrong spot it cost me $1,100 in hotel fees and airfare then told me I had to wait five days to get aDOT inspection after I paid them in full

Bad. this dealer sold me a truck with a warraty, after 2 week that i took delivery of the truck, they call me back saying that the bank did not gave them enough money to pay for the warranty and that i need to pay out of pocket for this when clearly on my bank contract states that the dealer charge 3000 dollars for this warranty. BAD BUSINESS I WOULD NOT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE.

Some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with were at CDL. It just so happened to be that I was lucky enough to deal with the owners. Very knowledgable truck dealership with and great place overall to buy a truck. When I purchase my next truck this will be the first place I go to do business. Thank you CDL!

Was in a bind with another driver,we were picking up 2 trucks to bring down south somebody cut the electrical line's to the tail lights so a worker nick named Father Time helped us uot buy tapping in to the electrical harness and got us up and going,he didn't have to help us but he did thank you Father Time.I would recommend this place to anyone to buy your truck here.
