I purchased my truck from the Bakersfield location about five months ago and so far I haven’t ran into any problems, the truck runs great I even referred a friend who purchased his truck from the Turlock location. Glenn is the go to guy he’s the salesman who walked me through the entire process so whether you purchase your truck from the Turlock Location or Bakersfield make sure you go through Glenn for a smooth process.

Customer service at Diamond Truck sales is the best! I was following Diamond truck sales for a great deal of time on instagram and finally found what I was looking for! Immediately I contacted Marissa and she began my paperwork over the phone. She assured me that if anything was wrong the problem will either be fixed or I can get a new truck. Upon arrival, I was handed the keys to the truck, grabbed a cup of water, and went off to do my inspection on the truck. Pictures did no justice to the beauty I had purchased. Once I completed my inspection on the truck we then moved to the offices and signed the remaining paperwork! I would 100 percent recommend anyone to the Team here at Diamond Truck Sales for their commercial truck needs!

I purchased my through Michael Covarrubais at the Bakersfield California location although I live on the East Coast Connecticut area, it was my first time making any kind of equipment purchase, so I was completely lost and nervous that I would make a bad purchase especially considering I was thousands of miles away from this dealership. However, after about 2 Months of grueling Q & A with Mike I finally settled on this 2018 Frieghtliner with 452k miles, Mike was patient and knowledgeable, he walked me through getting approved for financing and he made sure I got the best deal and they shipped the truck to Vegas so I didn't have to pay sales tax. I have been running in this truck for about a month now and I must say it runs smoothly and it was clean and well maintained.

Bought a truck from this place my sales person was Manuel Cervantes. He told me the truck had been checked and would be double checked fully detailed ready to go.. the truck needs nothing.. These pictures speak 1000 words.. this guy would call me so many times prior to the sale. After the deal was done l couldnt get him on the phone.. how strange.. The hood mirrors are broken. Front brakes make a loud pop. They claim its fine. The cab marker light was missing a screw, the threaded cab insert had to be replaced. The truck was filthy and still reaks of cigarettes. It has heavy rust, They painted the frame over all rust behind the cab and under the hood.. They missed the battery access panel frame area showing its true rusty condition. The oil pan is leaking front and rear, when Manuel and his manager Cody said it was changed by their subcontracted mechanics with zero paperwork to prove it. Its leaking it was never changed. The engine oil level was very low. The truck does not have a 90 day inspection sticker or paperwork from said mechanics. The rear rim was covered in gear oil from the major axle leak.. Its my fault for not going to see the truck prior purchase lm 3 hours away. So if your thinking of buying from this dealer BEWARE. Not a diamond purchase... lies after lies.

If there was a zero star that's what they would get from me. My experience here was so horrible they did not want to give me back my deposit of 5 grand. I will never come here again. I suggest u do your research first before coming here. Also this really sucked because this was Christmas money for my boys. I am in the process of taking this to court. So watch out everyone they could get u next!!!! Please go somewhere else!!!!

My wife and I purchased a box truck from sales person gabi who by the way was amazing.but after everything passed her desk to the manager Manuel it was a complete failure this guy sold our truck to someone else after we purchased it.then when that situation was resolved he refused to return any calls.once we resolved that issue Manuel kept us waiting at the facility for over two hours waiting to sign documents that we already signed with DocuSign this is the worst managed operation I’ve ever seen and I’m a business owner for over 10 years.
