I spent a long time in this dealer's hard inspection and testing, and chose a truck. After I booked the truck, he sold the truck to others without my knowledge during the relevant procedures for the truck. Credit first How can American civilized society, which pays attention to commitment and contract spirit, have such truck dealers without credit and contract spirit? I can't accept them!

I bought semi truck 2013 freightliner cascadia before five years from Olivia kato nothing issue till now and she is great laddy.

My truck was bought here 2018 Freightliner cascadia with 520k miles maybe more Within the first load the check engine came on. Took to my mechanic since they told me there was nothing they can do for me. -radiator blew 3rd week -airbags were in bad conditions just painted over -air line leaking -hoses leaking air Terrible condition the truck was in. The seller Alfonso Martelli told me the truck was in pristine conditions Mechanics fixed it all up. But I’m sure they just cleaned the check engine light with the computer and sold it as is. I would be careful when entering this place The guy is nice but terrible with making sure you get a truck working conditions. Not to mention the price of the truck was to high. Don’t buy from here if you want a working truck. Just save yourself the head aches and turn away go somewhere else.

Go talk to a great guy that will help you get in your rig Lucas is the man for that great attitude and work ethic I will keep buying from him and select trucks for many years to come thanks Lucas

I will never do business with this company again they sold me a lemon bought this international prostar Cummings engine 2017 in the beginning of 2022 every since I had the truck it been problems after problems my first 3 weeks driving my transmission was falling out cost me around 10 k to fix I'm having tubo problems as well 70k gone done the drain never again still paying on the truck now!!smh

Listen people do not buy from this people they tell you nothing but lies just so they can get your money and sell you this cheap a trucks they have there. I bought my truck there 2 months and a week ago with 2 months dealer warranty,first week I took it home brought it back to the dealer so they could repair an issue the truck was having, took them almost a month to repair and brought the truck home, now 3 weeks later I’m having issues with the truck again and they’re refusing to fix the problem because they say my warranty ran out! Get this they had my truck for almost a month! Haven’t even worked this truck for a full month let alone in my possession!. Please don’t waste your time and money with this people go somewhere else.

Great place to search for your new truck. I was referred by a friend to go and check this place out and ask for Olivia Kati, she was very helpful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I have had zero issues with my truck so they take care of the trucks before you take delivery and make sure you start working with a reliable truck. Very clean and detailed trucks when you pick up the trucks and they make sure to help out as much to make sure you are qualified and able to purchase your truck. I will definitely be returning to buy more trucks from here.

Beware of this location. This company does not help you when they make a mistake on their end!! Selectrucks, Alfonso and Troy were doing absolutely nothing to help us. They sold us a truck that was already “sold”, had paperwork signed and they have a check for the amount of the truck. 30mins after signing and paying they called us saying ‘sorry we can’t sell you this truck (which we paid for already) someone else has bought it you have to come pick up your check or pick a new truck’ which of course they wanted to sell us a much more expensive truck and to finance with them. We tried working with them 3-4 different times but could not come to a conclusion. What really upset us was they wanted to sell us a truck very similar to what we purchased, but didn’t drive well and was all beat up, at the price we paid for the original truck. The truck they tried replacing us with had a cost of $52,400!!!! MUCH less than what we paid, they would’ve won all the way around as they were making more commission on their error. We contacted a lawyer for legal advice, stating we have a case and we can sue for damages and loss profits as everyone here knows a single truck can bring in $30k+ a month! However, we chose not to proceed as it can take time as it does any legal matter and decided it was in our best interest to move on. A year has not even passed since we purchased our first truck with them, and we are already getting into a second one. Our plan was to get 2 more trucks with them by June (4 months away) but they ruined the relationship and will be taking our rapidly growing business elsewhere!

Save yourself from this place! We had the worst experience ever coming here! We were referred here by a friend and as new business owners and purchasing our first truck we didn’t know what to expect. When we first got there it was all smiles and we can get you what you want along with financing we were rushed in and out. After filling out applications and talking to finance thinking we had a deal that everyone agreed on it was literally impossible to get in touch with Rosa from finance and Chris would never return phone calls. We were never even notified that the first deal the bank denied and the truck they originally had was sold. Instead they took it upon themselves to try to hold a green truck and finance it through somewhere else so my credit was dinged again without any notification. Was told by Chris sometime later to hold this truck so it doesn’t get sold just give us 1000 deposit so they can’t sell it. We did that, but they never processed the deposit. After that we had to contact management multiple times just to get someone on the phone to let us know what was going on. Every single time it was we will have an answer by the end of today.. this went on for 6 weeks. We finally had enough of the runaround and complete lack of communication and decided we no longer wanted to do business with a company like this. We told the sales manager and Rosa on the phone to not process the deposit and also text Chris not to as well. 2 weeks after we completely stopped working with them my card was charged that 1000 dollars and nobody knew why. It was a complete circus and nobody knew what the other was doing. We went to Arrow Truck Sales instead and had our new truck on the road in less than a week. Wish we had done so sooner!!

I had the worse customer service experience at Select Trucking. I purchased a truck and on the first couple of hours driving it it turned off on me. They kept the truck for over a week, charged me for the repair, made me pay in cash, and gave me back the truck in the same condition. Broke down after a day of driving it. Kept it another week, so they could do test drives and found no problem. Picked up the truck took it to another mechanic and had it fix. Please do not waste your time or money in this place. There are plenty of other truck retailers that would be more than happy to have your business.

We waited for over 5 hours out side with our three dogs. Checking in ever hour to get a sensor changed. The mechanic finally pulled the truck up to the bay and told us a supervisor need to see his work. 5 mins. Later he pulled our truck to the back. My wife went in to see what was going on. They told her he went to lunch and would be back in about an hour. She asked if it was ok if we waited in the truck since the dogs were hot and I needed to sleep before my shift. They said we were not allowed in the back. Worst customer service ever never again.

at first, it all smiles, fast talk. Promises. I was promised a 45-day tag once I bought the truck , that didn't happen. I live in Ohio and I made that known to the salesperson. I wanted to have my truck registered in the state of Ohio they were no help and getting me the proper paperwork , in fact I was giving wrong paperwork making me believe that everything was okay until I called Ohio Title Company myself how Franklin County come to find out that was the wrong paperwork I spent numerous days here in California trying to get out of California losing money lots of money. I feel the service was very poor as far as I'm concerned. I would not recommend SelecTrucks to anyone. At least not a black man

Kamran is very rude. One of the worst salesman ever. Very inappropriate. When Someone is buying truck you have to talk nicely man. He thinks he's very smart but not. I came from out of state specially to buy equipment from selec truck Fontana. CA, never recommend here man. I bought truck in cherry truck sales they really nice,cheaper and NICE PEOPLE they help you.

I went here to look for a used truck, after I had a HORRIBLE RETURNING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE at another dealership. The salesman was very helpful and looked searched for several finance companies to find the best deal for me. Thank you Luis Hidalgo, I don't EVER mention anyone's name but this service is worthy of his name mention.
