Stay away and much far you can from this dealer, I just buy truck at month ago from Arrow, Freightliner cascadia 125 with 475k mileage, and I find at lot issues, oil pan licking, air compressor valve must replace, and just at day ago I bring the truck to do balance and alignment , and have no idea what they find inside the tire on drive axle, half gallon of water, at piece valve , in month I start my bussines I did spend 4k already, I did fight with manager, corporate, nothing, they don’t want hear nothing, I did lose at lot money buying truck from arrow, the only money they reimburse me only 500 dollars, ohh, hold on, I forget something 1 week after I get out from the dealer, and I have my first load going in Georgia from FL, my truck shutdown on the middle the interstate at 10:30pm because I have fuel line blocked, bring to Freightliner and that was my first 1200 I spend for it Again and again, please stay far from this dealer, don’t waste your money, specially people like me it is brand new bussines and owner operator, Stay away stay away and stay away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never and never buy again truck from arrow truck, I prefer burn my money and no leave enjoy my money to them Truckers, please and please, don’t bring you money to them, you will lose, trust me 100% and I swear on God, you will lose at lot money Beware Beware Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My uncle just bought a truck here <1 month ago. I was with him when he was purchasing & signing. He asked them to replace the wiper blade motors because the wipers were moving slowly. They supposedly 'changed the motors' after he'd left. Upon his return on the day he actually signed for the truck, the insisted they had changed the motors, roping their mechanic into it with him also saying the same. Day before yestersay 11/23/2022, we got caught in a very bad blizzard in Wyoming. Our wipers gave out. Now, in california, we managed to have mechanics fix them - what a surprise, they did not replace the motors. What they did do was lie, over a very cheap part, that put us - as drivers & as customers - at risk. If they're willing to be this cheap over wiper blade motors, I believe it is fair to assume they will try to skimp over things much more significant and possibly more life threatening. I've attached photos of the motor that my Uncle has taken. He & I are extremely disappointed.

We had a different situation our sales representative David was in Florida but we bought our truck from the Troy IL location. From start to finish it did not matter what location we were dealing with everyone was very helpful, friendly, all questions was answered. Documents were explained. I would definitely buy from arrow again.

BEWARE!!! Same like previous reviews. Sold us truck as soon driver drove off truck had major electric issues. Called them on multiple occasions, manager never bothered to reply, salesman didnt care much either and quack TIM was yawning on the phone during conversation. Bunch of LIARS, SCAMMERS AND WILL NEVER BUY TRUCK FROM THEM AGAIN and I am only one person but I have been in business over 10 years and I have been telling everyone about my experience with these quacks. Probably Arrow is same nationwide.

Beware. Bought a low mileage truck with 90 day warranty.. Drove off the lot hit cruise control didn’t work. Put in claim for faulty brake release valve. They denied it. Salesman Chris Woody never even bothered to respond to me.

Purchased a 2019 truck Feb /2023 . My truck broke down 2 weeks after I purchased it . My truck has broke down at least 6 more times after that and I haven’t even had it 6 months . The transmission blew on it , luckily I purchased the warranty and they covered most of it and when I called Arrow they paid $1500 . Ive spent more than $15000 on repairs for this truck in less than 6 months . They are selling Lemons !!!!
