This 5 star rating doesn’t do justice in describing the high quality service I received at Debary. I worked with Joseph from the very start and he was professional through the entire process. Joseph was very patient and resourceful as I worked out my financing. I called him at least 50 different times and he pleasantly answered each phone call. If I had a question or concern, he generously offered his best advice. As a new business owner there were many obstacles that I was not prepared for and Joseph graciously guided me throughout. My experience was A+ and I highly recommend Debary to others in the trucking business.

Shady and deceiving. Sold me a $42k truck with a bad engine that didn't last 3 months, drove less than 10k miles. Hid information on truck maintenance records. They praise that they're 30 years in business but they are as Shady as one can be and will not answer your calls or messages. Went to the dealer to speak with a "manager"(nick) and he's worthless. Don't waste your time or money. I'm stuck with a truck with a dead engine. Horrible Zero stars. Cont. You are working with me to resolve the problem??? I've been there almost a month ago and had nothing from you guys other than disrespect. No replies, no call back.. That's an absolute LIE. You really want to help? Help me pay for the brand new engine that I had to buy to get this truck back on the road. I'll be waiting for your call. And I'll definitely update to share resolution. So far you guys didn't do anything.

We are a small family-owned business based out of West Texas. After suffering a huge business loss with our primary delivering truck being stolen, I stumbled upon an advertisement for an immaculate 2011 International. It was exactly why we needed to get the business up and rolling again. After several flight layovers and sleeping in an airport, I finally made my way into their very clean and welcoming dealership. They made sure that the truck was in immaculate condition for me to safely drive the truck from Florida back to Texas, they even replaced the batteries for me to make sure that I made it back safely. While I waited for the mechanic to finish last minute details, they provided coffee and snacks to make sure I was comfortable during my wait. After such a long night and not having showered or anything else, they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The truck itself was perfectly clean and in amazing condition, but after my interactions from start to finish I knew that I was in good hands. I can’t express how thankful we are as a small business to have found such a gem. It was a difficult trip, but I would do it again and again to work with them because of the experience I had from the moment I contacted them. I don’t like buying vehicles over the Internet, but I live iin Costa Rica received my truck two days ago. It was exactly what they told me over the phone and over emails very pleased.

My mother and I bought our truck from Debary two weeks ago. We went through the purchasing process with Nick. Just being who I am naturally, I can be a skeptic. Nick answered any questions we had regarding the truck. Originally, he told us that a particular truck was available, but it had been sold. He immediately called us and informed us that he had made a mistake. There was an identical truck available, some price, but with less miles than the original truck (a win for us). I appreciated that he took ownership of the mix up. Our mechanic was able to look over the truck without him breathing down our backs. He went back in the office and allowed the mechanic to do his job. In my opinion, it showed that Nick was confident about the truck he was selling. Also, he was patient as I was purchasing my insurance while sitting in his office. Even with the box truck business being extremely busy right now, I never felt rushed or a since of urgency. That was particularly important for me.

Buyer beware. Bought a Isuzu NRR last year online. Advertised as great shape and ready to hit the road. Got financing in order and flew to get truck. Haven’t put 5,000 miles on the truck cause it’s been down for repairs every time we use it. Reefer is clapped out. And truck is a rust bucket they just painted over all the rust. Over priced junk. They responded below that this is the first time they've heard of this. Untrue. Weeks and weeks of phone calls went unreturned then when finally got someone on the phone, basically was told tough luck.

I purchased a brand new truck and had Debary truck sales install a used body came out perfect I’m very pleased.
