This company starting with the principal and ending with the work staff. You are all very stupid. Not once has they answered the damn phone. Without exaggeration, I have been calling for two years and they have never connected the phone and I say that I have waited up to 2 hours of my time and they have never answered me. I imagine. They don't make any money for answering the phone and that speaks to how much they care about their clients. that's why. I'm only going to shop there. when I have no more option to purchase original Freigliner.

I’m very disappointing from Lou Bachrodt Freightliner. I came in to Replace a leaking wheel seal. This didn't solve the problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked them to add oil to my diff. They told me they did. The differential level was low when I inspected the truck and made the service advisor Liam Hernandez tell them to fill it. When they did the job the did not clean the mating surfaces on brakes,rotor ,hub wheels. They left them very oily which they also did work on. I paid them and was not happy. I would not recommend going there. I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau .

Always check with Luis there. He’s an experienced parts specialist. And a nice person, Im dealing with him for years. He’s my parts guy but the rest of the vendors are pretty nice too. Definitely a place were you left always smiling. Good work guys

The worst service i ever seen in my life. I bought the truck from them 2 years ago with an full bumper to bumper extended warranty. Since i bought the truck i put like 10.000$ in it because everything that I supposed to fix on the truck it wasn’t covered by the warranty. Don’t buy extended warranty because is the biggest scam!!!!. Few weeks ago i took the truck there to change the injector lines seals and the radiator. They estimated the repairs at almost 9.000$. After i told them that i don’t want to do the repairs with them they said ok but you have to pay for the check out which was exactly what i told them to fix at the truck. They charged me 680$ because i told them what to fix. In the last week I tried to call them at least 30 times a day or to get in touch with a manager, just to let them know that i’m sending someone to pick up my truck from them, but nobody picked up the phone. I bought a coolant tank from them and they tried to make me change it now again because is leaking, which is not true, and they tried to sell me the caps for the coolant tank separate( the caps are coming with the tank). I don’t recommend this dealership.

The worse shop in Florida, actually all Florida is same. No one even respond for phone call. Sometimes responding and transfer you to voice mail. AMAZING AMAZING!!! KEEP GOING LIKE THIS. THE REAL RATE IS 0 STARS!!!! JUST FIND ANOTHER DEALER IF YOU CAN. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Great customer service. The best Freightliner shop I’ve ever been to. Great mechanics that really works. By far my best experience with Freightliner. Hats off to those guys.

this guy rambo from service he charged me over 700$just for oil change for box truck + i bring my oil and filters can you believe that! i asked rambo how is this posible he said probably is mistake did you remember i bring my oil and my filters so what is 700$+ Rambo said we stay more than half hour per filter hahahhahahahhahhaha this is crazy they robbed me.

Absolutely a bunch of scam artists! Allowed some individual to charge over 1,300$ to my credit card to buy parts. I’ve reached out for them to do the right thing but have gotten nowhere .I’ve spent 3 months trying to get my money back and I can guarantee that this isn’t the first time you’ve done this. Be ware.

I have been calling the parts deparment for this place for three days in a row! Trying to purchase a part and they dont answer! HORRIBLE!!! I had to call another freightliner to get a hold of someone. They should change the name of the department.. the “ NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE DEPARTMENT”
