We only used JAX to rent a boom arm to tow another truck with. If the rest of their services are done with the same friendly professionalism as that part, then they are a place I will love doing business with. Diego, I believe is the owner and is a pleasure to deal with. Kalab, the service technician that hooked up the boom to our truck couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. He made sure that we would be able to operate the equipment properly and easterly. I strongly recommend JAX. Like if you agree.

To tell the truth he’s a good guy but money moved him to the wrong directions,first of all, I deposited if I’m quite right $6000 to buy a freight liner ,when I came back next day the truck I chosen was gone he said my girlfriend sold the truck she didn’t know hmmmm seriously?,then he go back to the previous truck I choose before the one He’s girlfriend had sold he ask me to put down $15000 I said no I can’t then I told him that’s right I gave you $6000 down for the other truck you your girlfriend had sold,here’s the worst part of that situation ,IT WASNT THE ONE I CHOSEN HE HAD MANY OF THEM HE SWAPPED WITH ANOTHER THAT HAD MORE MILES WITH A TRANSMISSION FAULT SEE DEALER FOR SERVICE IMMEDIATELY,since I took that truck I never have peace,never stop going to the shop guys . Then he told all my friends that I owed him money, I didn’t told your girlfriend to sold the one I put money down for,anyway very bad experience.

First, these people are so great to work with. Caleb the sales rep is very honest and low pressure and lets the truck sell itself. He answered every question and took care of all of our concerns. Diego went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the truck. You can tell this place takes pride in the trucks they sell and that they are trying to make sure they are selling good trucks. I will for sure be back to buy from them again and would definitely recommend them. FYI they only sell fleet trucks that have been maintained and they come with a warranty.

Get your own financing. 34K purchase price gave 4500 down I assume it was used to purchase the warranty because after I signed the paperwork I immediately owed $41,000. I cannot pay extra or early I can only pay off the total amount owed. Two years later. Truck still running almost paid off. Thanks guys.

The advisement pictures they post of their trucks are misleading looks great online. Once we got there the expectations was below zero standards.They are not Dot certified, road ready nor are they one owner fleet as mentioned in the ad. This place buy auction trucks all them need serious work done. If you want to invest in fixer up truck buy here like myself I traveled afar to purchase road ready truck. It's been 3 months the truck we purchase has problems after problems. Going through this experience has really help us on the next truck purchase to avoid all the lies and sales talk saying they will fix or fixed it. Once the deal is made within the same day or in the 30 day the problems begins. We work hard for our money not to have it taken and treated poorly from a dealer who doesn't care to make things Right. I advise you to get the history report, take a mechanic get it tested before you buy here. Pay attention to the details and the others buyers comments Don't avoid the signs. Diego, be honest with yourself you're lacking in service, dignity and respect for the people.
