For me this is the best shop to take my truck for any reason , whatever they repair on my truck they fixed well , also great communication over email updating the truck status every time they have something new or for any repairs approval ,.also great prices on batteries and DEF also..?

First of all, those who are going to buy a used truck should stay away from here. When I bought the truck, it was shaking, they said bring it back and we will fix it, but nothing they did eliminate the shaking. You wait for weeks and at the same time you lose money. They say this is a used truck and it may have some problems. But I paid a price well above the market. I bought it from an authorized service so that the truck would run smoothly! I will never stop by again. What they do is to paint the entire chassis of the truck and make it look new and problem-free, that's all!

Shame on you Nextram Orlando, I took my truck over for a software upgrade to try to increase horsepower and torque and first thing they said was “it’s pricey” saying that it costs from 12 to 15 thousands, and yet that I needed to leave my truck for days or weeks until they hear from volvo in regards of possible upgrades and chances are that Volvo would not even answer back. So they are asking me to leave my truck indefinitely? No time frame whatsoever, what a scam 12to 15 k and yet leave my truck for weeks? Stay away from this place!

Really disappointed with my visit today. I don't know if was because they were having their Christmas party today but I was rushed out the door with the sale person telling me that it would be better for me to go and buy my truck from Lone mountain trucks because the monthly payments were almost the same. What sale person would tell a customer go to a different place to buy the product you sell?

Very disappointed with my 1st experience with this location in regards to mobile service. I was told numerous times they were 1 hour away. They did not show up for almost 6 hours. They finally admitted that they took another call in front of us causing the delay. This caused our driver to miss his delivery time on Friday and he was stuck in Florida (from Tennessee) for the weekend.
