Repair shop was outstanding. My truck was one day from three weeks in a shop. Took it to River City. The problem was found in less than two hours. Total till complete fix with a couple more things to be done? About three and a half days. Actually, they’re waiting on me now to pick it up. They’re very knowledgeable and I would recommend them every time. Thank you for being diligent River City.

Just picked up a 2017 Peterbilt from them this weekend and if you’re looking for a fair, no-pressure experience, then these are the guys you need to work with. We worked with Jim and he was great - super knowledgeable and the kind of guy that you know really cares about doing the right thing by everyone. I live 6 hrs away and am always weary of the typical sales guy who’ll say anything to get you there and then it’s a different story. With Jim I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. He gave me a clear out the door price with no strings attached, went the extra mile to get me the best interest rate available, and was really responsive to all my questions. When it was time to pick it up, the truck was impeccable, Jim had taken care of a few little cosmetic things for me, and we were in and out in no time - absolutely painless. These guys really care about the inventory they carry and treat everyone with respect. Cant say enough good things - highly recommend and will definitely come back!

OVER PRICED JUNK from Averitt, first 2 weeks High Pressure fuel pump failed, no help from River City Truck Sales luckily NTP covered all but 3500 of the repairs and lost fuel which was still out of my pocket 2 weeks after the sale and the second trip on truck, countless after treatment sensor failures resulting in a complete replacement of the one box at the tune of 25k dollars. And i have only owned this fine piece 6 months, you think River City would do anything to help......... CRICKETS from them, Buyers beware of this place! My saving grace is that Florida has some fine print sales laws when it comes to vehicles that my lawyer is working on, so stay tuned, until then STAY FAR FAR AWAY! ! ! They put me out of business don't let them get you too!

Jim, Joe, and Murry, what a great bunch of gentlemen! I was looking for a new truck and I ran across this establishment on truck paper. Call the following, morning and spoke with Jim. Boy! What a blessing. I’ve had my fair share of business interaction with salespeople, and this by far was the best. Matter of fact, it’s a disgrace to call them salespeople. From the first phone conversation until the ink was on the paper, these guys were amazing. Very polite, professional, helpful, accommodating, assessable, honest, respectful. I just bought a 2018 Volvo 730 which matches my 2017 Volvo 780 from here and I must say the whole experience was great. Here we go! So...I first off called RiverCity Truck Sales while they were closed and recieved an answer. I was inquiring about a trailer that they had at the time. Im not sure WHO I had spoke to but his attitude gave me a GREEN flag about the company. After a few weeks had gone by I was still interested in the trailer and went by there on my off time and was greated by Jim. He told me to that the trailer was pending transaction. At first I was bummed. BUT he said they had just another one in but it needed some work. Long story shorter. I felt like Jim GAVE AWAY more than he sold. His word was MORE THAN kept. And the maintaince they had to do to this trailer was done with love and professionalism. They spared nothing on customer service or product maintaince. Even when I had "Card issues", fixed on the spot, Jim didn't flinch and kept on with his process while still meeting me after hours. I KNOW im leaving something out but River City Truck Sales deserves every word typed in this review. Im DEFINITELY going to be doing more business with this company Thanks Jim for all that you guys did. My experience was truly a blessing.

Very kind knowledgeable staff. They seem to care about their vehicles they sell. I transported a vehicle to them, from a customer of theirs, and from the way they carry themselves, after meeting them, they seem to be ones who will give you good quality equipment, ....ones who will be fair in their transactions. If I need a teuck, which I am looking into, I would buy from them

Make sure you bring a mechanic with you. Painted over rusty chassis and chrome packages look good. But there's no lemon law for commercial vehicles
