If it wasn’t due to absolute necessity I wouldn’t come here!!! There’s this ponytailed jerk that’s condescending and has no customer service skills whatsoever!!! Unfortunately, every time I’ve had to come here I’ve had to deal with him… His behavior is unacceptable for a customer service job never willing to help and always acts like doing his job is such a bother. If you ask questions for clarity he’s immediately huffing and puffing like a menstrual teenager that you asked to move the world… Again, if it wasn’t out of necessity I would never go there again!!!

4yrs later From 5 to 3stars . Mr.George /aligmnt./and Dion vere awesome frndly.and helpfl.like always. That would be 5+. BUT I can't say the same about check in person Zach. He is unprofesional arogant, iposible to deal with and on top of it to my surprise i needed smthng. from my truck so 2.5hrs.later truck was unlocked!!!!! unatended. He was the last one there /i guess checking millage/

If there was negative stars I would be giving them that. Called 4 times just to check a price on a part got hung up on all 4 times and then got told I’d be getting a call back with the information, never did. On top of it all manager sent me to voicemail After all my troubles Carmine was able to assist me extremely thankful to him wonderful dude! WORST customer service ever, had no courtesy towards our situation, they should really start hiring workers who agree with the so called morals of the company. “Customer satisfaction”

I brought my RV in for its first big service. They found a cooler leak and although it was out of warranty they were so helpful in getting the information I needed to appeal the warranty decision. I can not thank Dion in Svc and Andrea at the counter. I am a retired NYSP sergeant and would want them on my squad any day. They were so professional, listened to my concerns and got me to the right people to get some relief. Thank you Tampa Truck/Southport Truck Group, I’d recommend you to anyone who will need your services. Thanks for getting me safely back on the road.

We needed an alignment and shocks on our tractor. Made the appointment and drove to Lakeland to drop it off. (We originally called the Lakeland store and they transferred us to the other store but didn’t say anything so that’s how we ended up in Lakeland.) Got to Lakeland and we were at the wrong location (the gal said they get that all the time so it might be beneficial for the advisor to make sure they tell you which location.) We dropped the rig off on Tuesday at 3pm to give them plenty of time to get the work done (we needed it back for our Sunday run.) Not a lot of communication unless we called. Upon drop off, they were not clear on which desk for us to go to. Upon pickup, they were finished with the rig but didn’t have the paperwork ready so that was a wait. Friendly staff.

Always have to wait to pick up parts. Crazy slow, maybe get more help? They really just stare at you and make you guess which one is not busy. There is no type of order when waiting in line, people skip you and they don't do anything about it.

Aboslutely fantastic, My wife and i swung in to get a sensor checked out and one thing led to another, and a bigger issue, and we’re from Nebraska, so we had a tech we usually worked with, and we were on a really tight schedule. We were informed there was a 30 hr job that needed accomplished and if it didnt then our warranty could be void and right now thats not feasible for us. We discussed it and Patty and the Freightliner shop got the truck finished and ready to go in 48 hours, praise God. We are very impressed and thankful. Extremely professional, and courteous. Dropped off my truck on Friday. Spoke with the manager he told me. They will assign the truck to a tech Monday morning at 10am. It took a whole day just to get an estimate. Not good. Then another day to do the work

Never again. I took my 09 Cascadia in for a front end alignment on a rack and pinion. I made it 3 miles to the fuel stop and the seals blew out. So I took it back and they charged me $250.00 to tell me the power steering pump must have put out too much pressure and blew the seals. No. Never again, however they do have a good parts department. Clay, Emery, Angel.
