This was my first time buying trucking experience and it was pretty smooth. I had the pleasure of working with Lamar; I told him what specs I was looking for and he was able to fill them. My process took about a week, once on-site we did an initial walk around of the truck, test drive, some paperwork and sealed the deal. Purchased my 1st truck from arrow truck sales. The transaction was very smooth and hassle free. They have nice looking trucks on the lot. Being an independent owner-operator for the 1st time is stressful, but they helped simplify the process. I bought from the Atlanta location, but once the sale was complete. The truck was junk. Had to use all my extended warranty money just to get the truck running. I won’t do business with the Atlanta location again. I’ll visit another location with Arrow.

I'm not going to mention their name but after the salesperson originally on my deal dropped the ball and caused me to lose the first truck I was interested in, Daniel jumped in and really handled business correctly. Even after the lender was dropping the ball to with unprofessionalism to a point that I had started to give up and decided to deal with a whole new dealership and finance person, Daniel came in once again and got everything squared away. Purchased a semi this year in January. Lamar Carlile was my salesman he was wonderful from beginning til end!! Very hands on!!!! Truck didn’t come with refrigerator. He had one ordered for me and installed for no extra charge and it was a top of the line refrigerator! I will be purchasing another truck from them asap!! Purchased A 2019 T680 400,000 truck with Daniel Hughes at the Atlanta branch . I checked it out best I could got the truck home engine light comes ON contacted Daniel and his manger Jim they took care of the issues no problem no haste and no cost to me both men of there word and stood behind there product .
