I would absolutely recommend doing business with ACTS. They were extremely professional and handled a difficult situation with grace when I became upset. I purchased a Peterbilt 526, and couldnt figure out the mechanics of it, they went to great lengths to help me. They instructed me to go to a mechanic shop, provided a rundown of the issues, and made some fine adjustments, all without charging me anything extra. These guys truly go above and beyond."

This is the worst company I have ever purchased a commercial vehicle with. I drove 350 miles to purchased a 26ft box truck from them that was listed in great condition ready for work. The truck wasn’t even ready for the ride back home. The truck stalled going up every hill on the interstate ride home with a max speed of 45 mph and the truck max speed was 55 mph on 75 mph highway heading home. The shop closed while I was purchasing the vehicle so I called and complained the next day and told me that the truck was governed to drive 55 and advised I take the truck somewhere locally to get it re-govered at a higher speed. I took it to a local shop and they claimed the dpf may have been clogged because it wasn’t governed. Spent money to clean dpf, get a lift gat motor, get new air brake bags installed, and truck was still maxing speed at 55 mph so I brought the truck back them they took 6 weeks to clean a dpf that already been cleaned and I told them wasn’t the issue prior to bringing the truck and finally got a senior mechanic to figure out that the Truck needed a turbo and quoted me a discount to do the install one for over $12,000 and when I declined they charged me $2200 for doing absolutely nothing to my truck but holding it for 8 weeks. Gave me two days to get before charging a $60 per day garage fee. I could go on about this nightmare but non the less please be careful when dealing with this company. The sales representative Austin has excellent customer service, but the company is sellers lemons and the truck still isn’t Road ready and has been in the shop 8 times since I purchased I can’t even sale it without giving it away. This has put significant financial strain on my family and they care nothing about it.

Bought my first truck from here. I thought it was going to be a nightmare like buying a car from a dealership but this was the smoothest process and friendliest service I’ve ever had! Austin Taylor knows his his stuff and wants you to leave smiling. Will be purchasing from him again in the future.

I am an extremely disgusted customer. They lied and told me the 2012 Freightliner I purchased had a rebuild or overhauled engine and gave me phony documents for proof. Then, they sold me the absolute worst warranty you can possibly get called Trunorth Warranty that covered absolutely nothing! Ive had a ton of issues with the truck I purchased from them. Then, there were some known minor things that were needed like the cabin air bag replacement that they assured me they would have done before I picked up the truck and it was not co plated at all. This truck I purchased from them has been nothing but a headache from the moment it came off of their lot and I have been able to do nothing with it since. I had to end up taking it to auction and saving and get this they charged me $58,000 for the truck and auction would only give $9K for the same truck. They are some crooks. Do not trust Austin and the other Austin are clearly taking advantage of buyers and customers and I would never do business there again and suggest to any buyers to R-U-N!!!

Great experience. Buying any vehicle has been a headache in my experience, but these guys were straight forward and worked with me. I thought trading in my RAM for a box truck was a long shot, but these guys knew there was a deal for both of us. I was in and out in just a couple hours, half of it was waiting for my insurance to go through. 10/10 will be going to these guys again for my next fleet purchases.

I'd be careful transacting Truck sales with this company. I sold a truck to them and they delayed on remitting funds after receiving title, first they said it had been wired only to call back Friday at end of business day to say it will be deposited Monday. Had to go back there to demand check !!! Not the most straight forward bunch....

I bought a 2012 freightliner Cascadia from them was a verry smooth and quick process, i loved that they were able to offer a warranty with this used truck currently hauling loads and covering ground knowing that im well taken care of
