Happy with the service. We felt like family and we were approved and out the door with a good truck all in the same day. I would definitely recommend these folks if you are in the market for a truck. Talk to Larry very good salesman goes the extra mile for you. No high pressure sales tactics either.

Had to revise my review. At first like all the other reviews on here I was excited about getting a truck but once I realized they gave me some trash that quickly changed. I ended up losing more money. Antwon was very cool salesman but ultimately bulldog showed what's more important to them and that's money. I shouldn't have never tried to buy a truck from this place. Day 1 I had mechanical problems. Had to return truck to the shop and for the next six months. I stayed in the shop. I couldn't get rolling without stopping to get repairs. After the very last time I broke down I was told to take the truck to a shop nearby and I did. I refused to drive the truck any further. I lost money constantly including a four thousand down payment. And now they are saying I owe them 7 thousand dollars.

Where do I begin?! Let me begin on March 8th, the day I drove out to Cummings GA and walked into Bulldog Truck Sales COMPLETELY EXCITED about my upcoming purchase. This doesn’t end well, but it must be written. MIND YOU, EVEN UP UNTIL TODAY I WANTED TO KEEP THE FAITH. So lets begin. March 8th – Came to review trucks, truck wasn’t ready or cleaned but placed a deposit to hold the one we wanted so they could begin repairs, and clean up. March 16th – I came with my certified diesel mechanic to review the truck, and make a list as my sales guy L. told me to do. Reviewed the truck, made a list and e-mailed to L. March 17th – Emailed repair list to L. March 19th – Called to follow up with L. to be sure he received the repair list because he hadn’t replied or called me back. Spoke with L. and he told me another gentlemen was in from Montana and the guys were working on his truck to get on the road, and then they would get to mine. He tells me to call back Wednesday. March 21st – Called to follow up with L. he tells me the guys in the shop are now at the Mid American Truck show and to call back on Friday, when they are back to see if repairs were started and when they would be done. March 23rd – Called to follow up with L. Same story, tells me the guys are not all back and that he would call me back on Monday. March 26th – Waited ALL DAY long for phone call back from L. l DOESN’T CALL. I call in, he tells me he hadn’t had time to check on it, and would call me back Tuesday. March 27th – No call from L. March 28th – E-mail from L. stating that the truck was being worked on as we speak. March 30th – Follow up for a detailed convo to simply try to get a projected date since his e-mail was short and non informative. He states to me the major repair shop they use in Atlanta billed them $15k (thousand) dollars and had not performed repairs and that it was a big fiasco surrounding the truck and two people got fired. It was going back to Atlanta and would be back the following week mid week. April 3nd – I call to follow-up to see if the truck would be back midweek (Wednesday as he stated). L tells me he will call me back by end of day, no call made back to me. April 4th – I call to follow-up on the phone call that he did not place to me, to find out if the truck was coming back. He states to me that the truck would not be back until approx. Friday and that the cosmetic repairs wouldn’t be done until about the 13th. At this point I was upset and I discussed communication and all the different things he told me, but at the end of the day it changed nothing, he snaps back at me saying we could end the deal. I said no, I’m already too far into this and I would wait. THE LAST HORAH! I get a call, I miss the call, I call back and now I’m speaking with A. A’s pretty cool, kinda regret not having him as my sales guy because I had originally spoken to him in the past, but hindsight is 20/20 right. A. tells me they believe that the sale will not be a good fit for me, and that they are refunding my money back. YEP YOU HEARD IT, they get the black man to tell the black lady the news. They send him to do the dirty work. NOPE L. couldn’t call me himself, he has A. call me. He proceeds to tell me I accused Larry of saying something LARRY DID SAY TO ME (ITS RECORDED). I tell A. I called from my office, my office records ALL PHONE CALLS, I COULD PLAY BACK THE CALL FOR HIM. I explained everything I just wrote you guys, he says he understands and will try to talk to I guess the owner about continuing the sale. HERE I AM STILL TRYING TO BUY THIS TRUCK EVEN AFTER ALL THE NONSENSE. He says he will call me back, I say ok. A.Calls me back to tell me they would not be selling me the truck, and that they would be refunding my money. All of this because I had to STALK L. just to purchase a truck, ALL of this because I called L. BASED ON WHAT HE SAID TO ME. All of this because basically they had run out of excuses and NOW me, THE CUSTOMER had to end up the bad guy. I told A. I would be writing a review, and he said ok. Worst experience ever!.

I dealt with Antwon for a purchase of my 2nd truck. He was very attentive to my needs and concerns. Made sure everything went smoothly including the down payment the paperwork and explained everything in detail. Made me feel more like a family than a customer. I would recommend everyone to deal with him and in future I am coming back to get all my trucks from here.

Antwon is really cool! He is very laid back and professional. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Everything is explained in detail so you don't leave without questions answered. Very nice and friendly atmosphere. Thank you so much Bulldog for the truck and getting us back on the road.

In the beginning I was worried about if I cod even get approved for my own truck. I gave Jordan a call and he has do way above what I expected for a sales group. Every body here at Bulldog has went above and beyond their jobs. They are all great people. I recommend using them if you are like me just an average hard working guy, not wanting to get ripped off by the major guys. Thanks Jordan and all the people in office

This isn’t my first rodeo when it comes to buying trucks but I can honestly say they do great business. From day one there was issues with my truck and from day one they fixed what the problem was or paid to get it fixed and when that didn’t work they swapped out my truck with minor difficulty. I worked with Kevin the warranty guy, I felt like I harassed him a lot but he was always there, Larry and Ray the salesmen and Tyler the head mechanic were awesome. Overall I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a truck.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES WE HAD ONE OF THEIR LEASE TRACTOR TRACTORS AT MOUR SHOP REPLACED OIL PUMP AND NUMEROUS PARTS WE CALLED THEM TOLD THEIR TRACTOR WAS READY AND THEY CAME DURING AROUND MIDNIGHT ON A SUNDAY PARKED AT A REMOTE LOCATION WALKED ONTO OUR BUSINESS PROPERTY AND STOLE THE TRACTOR WITHOUT PAYING ANYTHING AND NOW WILL NOT RETURN ANY OF OUR CALLS THESE ARE TOTAL CROOKS AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED

Bought a truck from these guys about a month ago and it was a decent sales experience. A couple of weeks afterwards I had some mechanical trouble with the truck and my guy KEVIN stood by me the entire process! Although he and I both had some issues with the warranty ppl, Kevin made sure that I was to be taken care of and was able to get my issues diagnosed and ressolved. Mind you this issue happen AFTER HOURS so I really appreciate Kevin and his efforts. Really great guy and deserves the recognition!

Great Experience. Will highly recommend this place. We arrived around 9:30 am and we were out around 1130am. Paperwork was easy, fast and the office people were very nice. Chris went above and beyond to help us. He gave me a great deal on a truck. Great place to get a truck.

my salesman was ANTWON. a great salesman and made the truck purchase process to easy. did the online application and they went to work processing the application and running a credit check to see how my credit history would determine my down payment and risk factor since they use a outside leasing company that is the underwriter. i picked a 2014 volvo 670 with 600k miles on it. exceptional 2 year warranty on truck gives a peace of mind when buying a used truck with many miles on it. i came to truck center and test drove truck and it was really clean and decent. i signed paperwork for truck and basically was in and out within a hour after lease ppwk was completed. i inspected truck and found that the air conditioner wasn't working and the truck regen was needed so they took care of both of those issues at the truck repair shop onsite. ANTWON is a exceptional hardworking salesman that knows his profession well and i highly recommend him to a prospective buyer. BULLDOG TRUCK SALES and ANTWON went the extra mile for the transaction and took me to get a full tank of fuel after the truck was ready to leave their lot. so far i have no issues with the truck and really grateful for the chance to truck ownership and independence with being a owner op. $3500 will get you in a truck as long as you have adequate driving experience and stable credit history. they also offer transmission and rear end warranty for a extra amount of money which will save you a lot down the road. THANK YOU ANTWON. also make sure you apply for a EIN # to apply for a 2290 or it will hold you back days until its processed by the IRS so have a EIN done before coming for a truck to minimize downtime for the 2290 This is a update to my 4 month use of the truck This truck has and still a money pit for repairs. Ac system has been serviced 5 times and the leak still hasn't been found after replacing a ac line that had a stripped Schrader valve. The tires had to replaced since they were recaps and with cheap freight out here it's hard to make a profit especially when I have to repair this truck on a regular basi . The starter gave out and I had to get it towed from the shippers lot. Today 7/11/19 the truck is in the shop for a axle seal leak that isnt covered under warranty. $400. This has been a real nightmare and with truck payments biweekly of $1300 it makes for a hard time to stay afloat when I could be one breakdown away from financial disaster. This truck has been more trouble and costly than what I expected and it seems like more issues are on the way. I would advise any buyer to truly inspect the truck all the way before signing off on i . Make sure to talk to drivers who are independent contractors or owner operators because you need to know your expenses while pulling freight for these companies and really think about how much money you need in reserves to help you for at least 6 months so this doesn't happen to you.
