I would recommend Georgia Motor Trucks to anyone who is looking to buy a truck. Everyone there is fantastic to work with from the owner on down. They will help anybody that they can get into a truck and are so pleasant to deal with. Jeff is very knowledgeable and helpful so you can feel confident when you are talking to him about what you want in a truck. They definitely get five stars!!!!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH A TRUCK DEALER. Me and my wife spoke DIRECTLY to Jeff and had him pull BOTH of our credit SEPARATELY. He determined that we would just use one of our credit as the primary because we have the best option and he approved us over the phone. We were waiting on him to call us back with a set price on our down payment but he never called. We waited an entire week. We even called them multiple times, but everyone we spoke too just brushed us off. We finally heard from someone today just for them to tell us that they couldn’t help us because of ONE THING that was on my credit. We then told them MULTIPLE times that Jeff approved my wife and we would just go with her as the primary. The OWNER, I forgot her name but her daughter name is “Andrea” she was also NOT helpful at all, told us “she could not help us, she just can’t do it” we then told her again, at this point we’re sounding like a broken record, that my wife is the one that got approved my application now has nothing to do with it. She ignores that totally as if it didn’t even matter. She said nothing about my wife’s application and just simply said “I can’t help you, sorry”. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE DOING A FULL REVIEW OF THIS PLACE ON OUR YOUTUBE TRUCKING CHANNEL “Dee And Roc”. They never wanted to help us because they were about to go on a 2 week vacation. They didn’t want to deal with us so they just put us on the back burner. That is not how you do business and I would never recommend anyone to this unprofessional, biased place of business!!

Not impressed at all. After stopping by to check their inventory . .. our phone didn't stop ringing from them, for almost a week. We were told 2 different stories about the APU units which made us very skeptical of the truth in their words. We did not purchase from them.

This place is great they have great and friendly staff. They are super helpful and try to get the job done for you. Unfortunately they cannot control things on your credit. They try and work with you the best they can but somethings are out of their control. I would definitely recommend and continue doing business with them.

I would NEVER go back to this place or recommend this place to any truck driver whatsoever. Me and my wife went here to buy a truck last Thursday. We spoke to Jeff and he gave us our application to fill out. Jeff pulled both me and my wife’s credit and decided that we would just use myself as the primary. He told us he would call us back with an estimated price of how much we would pay down. Jeff also informed us that they would be closed for vacation from July 2-12 so we wanted to at least do the financial side quickly. An entire week went by and we received no call. We talked to multiple people trying to get help and they gave us the run around for days. TODAY we finally got a call stating that they were able to get our information from him. They kept bringing up something negative on my wife’s credit after we repeatedly told them that JEFF stated we would only do mine as the primary. We spoke to Janet (the owner) I’m not sure if I have her name correct and she just said we could not move foward because of what’s on my WIFES credit (which we BOTH applied separately) after telling her yet AGAIN that we would not be using my wife’s credit we are using mine, the only thing she said was “Well I can’t help you I’m sorry” she had no other excuse at all! I then repeated again that we already had things squared away with Jeff for me to be the primary and she just kept repeating to me that she “couldn’t help us”. May I remind you that they pulled both of our credit and today is the last day they are in the office before their “vacation” She just did not want to help us at all. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!

I highly recommend Georgia motor trucks I have been doing business with them for years... They are very family orientated and really care about the equipment they put out... I have several trucks NOW with them and headed back for another.... Hey don't meet me there YOU BETTER BEAT ME THERE cause it might be the truck you are looking at that I purchased.. with the warranty they give you any first time buyers this is your chance... I purchased a 2012 KW T660 threw this company back in March 2018. 7 days after having the truck, the truck went down. A busted hose, truck was in the shop for a week. I lost a week worth of revenue. Even though the trucking company did pay for repairs, I didn't make any revenue the week the truck was down. Then about 2 in a half weeks later, the the truck was back in the shop. The temperature sensor had to be replace. The truck was back in the shop for another week. I paid for repairs and lost a week worth of revenue. Then a week and a half after getting the truck out of the shop, it was back in the shop. This time a brake valve failure causing a fire on the rear drives. I turn the truck back in to the company. I was hoping the company would give me back some of my deposit, due to all the truck issues I had with the vehicle. But they didn't, I put down $6000 dollars on a piece of junk truck. I will never refer anyone to get a truck from this company. The truck didn't hold up for 3 months smh what a waste.

Bought a nice looking 2008 day cab freightliner. November2019 . Drove the truck home 275 miles truck sat in my driveway until December the 5th truck was supposed to have been serviced already had to replace stopped up fuel filters . Cost me service call plus filters 160.00 that was on December the 5th first day of using the truck. On December 23rd put the truck in the shop for 7days due to the regeneration system would not regin.... Did Not Take Extra Warranty... Due to all the work on the regeneration system they had listed. And they even had the paperwork to prove it . So I lost one week pay plus 1800 further in to repair The Shop Also Found That The Check Engine Light Had Been Unplugged....(And I Have paperwork to back up work by certified machine) Georgia motor truck also have copies of the same.. Word Of Advise. If you don't want to lose Money go to any of the shops that you can see from there parking lot pay 150.00 And Have It Put On A Computer And Check The Codes It My Save You Money. Sorry but I tried 3 times to talk with them. Talked to the office manager once she was ugly to me. Talked to the salesman 2 times still nothing

BAD Service! Don’t Recommend!

I purchase a 2014 international from them customer service was good but 1 month after having th truck th fuel pump went out thx God i had warenty 3 weeks down and no pay then th week i started back driving th tires start blowing out all th tires r dry rat tire i would not buy another truck from here th dont put work into th trucks have it like 4 months and its all problems might turn it bk in

Don’t let them run your credit unless they have trucks unless you want a hard inquiry on your account.

Nice and friendly people. They try their best to get you into a truck. 10/10 would refer them to anyone.
