For my 1st truck buying experience, I couldn't have asked for a better salesman than Tim. He walked me through the whole process and was patient with all of our questions. Good selection of used trucks to choose from. Purchasing a truck is not the easiest process in the world, but they made it tolerable. Worth the drive from north Ga to do business with them.

Don’t ever buy a truck here. You will go broke fixing their broken down trucks. Bought a 2016 truck a year ago that is basically now in the trash. Now I’m stuck still paying for it because these scammers sold me a piece of junk. Bought the truck drove it home and was never able to drive it again due to all the work it needed. They will tell you trucks are accident free with no major repairs and in reality the trucks have 2 plus major accidents on them with an extreme amount of repairs using cheap parts. Save your money buy somewhere else.

Don’t try to buy a truck from this dealer, keith the manger promise gonna fix the problem and after finishing up he starts ignoring my phone calls , ( no man word ) worst experience I had ever seen. Don’t buy truck from this guy at all

because I didn't want to buy an extended warranty, the title was only released 2 weeks after the truck was paid for with no explanation... 2 weeks less without working... I will never do business with this company again, and I advise against anyone doing so.. if you want more information can you call me

First time buying a big truck. Someone had told me about nacarato on fulton industrial drive in Atlanta georgia, so I decided to give them a try. I go in an get introduced to Mr. Keith Gridine pre-owned inventory salesman. This guy was outstanding from the minute he said hello, professiolism at his best. In today's climate of customer no service he epitomized it. So we closed the deal and just like all pre-owned inventory it was buy as is no warranty with the exception of the extended warranty from volvo that he persuaded me to purchase. After about a week of owner ship I found that my driver side window wouldn't let up so I called Mr Keith to get warranty info to see if possible it would be covered. Keith asked how it was going and I replied not to good and told him about the window his reply was bring it in and we will look at it for you. I'm thinking to my self I bought this truck as is no warranty and your going to look at it what's going on. So I take it in the following morning he meets me we chat for a minute and I tell him about a SDP Malfunction on the dash he said we will look at that as well. Remember this is after deal was made on an AS IS NO WARRANTY Vehicle. All that said I am very pleased with Nacarto Truck Centers of Atlanta especially Mr.Keith Gridine. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a pre- owned volvo. SIERRA HOTEL!!!!

These people are really great, i bought a truck from them 12 years ago.... but i can't seem to be able to buy a truck from them anymore... 2 years ago i approached them they never replied to my request for info on a truck. So i bought my second truck some where else... A year ago i called them again they ignored me. I bought my 3rd truck somewhere else. Now i wanted to buy a lonestar in their lot they said I had a repo on my credit and never called me back. I don't have any repo on any credit... so i just bought my 5th truck. I got the hint.
