We brought our Truck in To get the recall done and Jefferson Freight liner is the best location ever. Jason our service advisor took care of us and went above and beyond making sure we was satisfied. Allan the shop Foreman also was great and went over everything with us explaining in detail what we could expect. Best shop ever hands down.

Went in today and purchased an air compressor, the parts specialist, Stevie Dahl helped me find the perfect one for my needs. Was very friendly and informative. Will make this my go to spot for truck supplies from now on based on her service.

I tried to get warranty work on a radiator. They only installed a couple of months ago. It was a replacement from the previous radiator. I bought brand new from a different freightliner and had someone else install because freightliner did not have time to do it. Jason says the warranty on the part is not covered because the original part was bought 13 months ago. And for the life of me I can’t understand how they cannot warranty a brand new part that they installed and I paid full price for labor to have it installed. Also, I specifically asked Jason when I paid the bill if I was going to have to pay for anything if it happens again and he said I would not have to And today he essentially called me a liar, saying he would never say that. Every Time I come to this Freightliner I spend thousands of dollars in repairs or parts. It’s unfortunate that they can’t see how much extra money they will lose from not only me but other drivers that I will tell to avoid this company. This is clearly a design flaw and they should stand behind the products they sell.its also sad that I’m sure if he wanted to he could’ve taken care of me to gain a customer for life. Avoid this freightliner dealer at all cost. ????

Very friendly and quick in providing service to us. Our truck went in for exhaust issues and was diagnosed the same day and fixed the very next day. My service provider, Yanie Emmanuel, was awesome. She gave me updates on my vehicles and also super friendly, understood our issue very well, and got our truck out in no time. A good and empathetic service advisor like Yanie Emmanuel makes things better and easier.

Just bought a brand new motor coach in Texas. Live in Athens, Ga so needed a local place to service the motor and chassis. My first visit was fantastic! Super fast diagnostics and the repair was covered under warranty. Thank you Tammy, Jason, and Vayta. All were super helpful and nice!

Parts Department Review: I needed a few parts for my Cascadia. I’m not the most mechanically inclined owner in the world. I was able to diagnose the issue and called and talked to Saly. She was very helpful and allowed me to send her photos so she could narrow down exactly what I needed. Showed up and she had already pulled them for me. No wait time, in and out. Great service and recommend getting with her to get your parts even if you have to end up at another location.

Body shop personnel were very helpful, friendly an very professional. There knowledge an willing to share that was refreshing.
