I knew right away as soon as I met Konrad and Jc I was in good hands. They both made the process quick and easy and I highly recommend. This is a dealership that goes the extra mile and really appreciates their customers. 5/5 stars! Konrad was very nice and help me out with everything. Even helped me put stickers on my truck. I must leave my honest opinion on this dealership. Everytime I come here with my problem and it becomes their problem, they always try maximum help within their hand reach. Traded my old truck to a newer and got good deal. All the staff treat me like a family member. I was dead wrong when i judged them first, and when i compared with other places i concluded that this will be the only place for me to do business. I work with Konrad and Sonny, they are my best friends there. And Phil is great and kind manager... Thank you all guys!

Had a great buying experience with John Shelly. Bought a 2020 Volvo 760 and so far the truck has been great. John was very easy to work with, knowledgable, and responds to anything I need almost immediately. Both John and Arrow Truck sales will be a resource for me moving forward.

Please do not buy from them. I bought a truck from them and in less than a month the truck didn’t pass DOT inspection due to many defects parts. And do not buy the warranty and insurance from them because the accountant guy Sonny is a liar and scammer. Sonny the accountant guy will tell you one thing, but when you try to cancel both their insurance and warranty, they will charge you thousands. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They will hold your title, if you buy their warranty and want to cancel, even if you paid cash for the truck. Do not trust their DOT inspection, go get your own inspection if you buying from them cause their inspection is not accurate. Sonny the accountant guy is a liar don’t trust his words. They hold my truck title because I canceled their warranty, when Sonny told me I could cancel anytime.

I purchase my truck a 2020 Kenworth T680 and I love the truck, it had some check engine lights on after I bought it and call Jon Costion and he told me to take it to a dealer and they got right on and all that my warranty didn’t cover arrow truck sales cover the remaining cost. stay away from the arrow, these are not correct. They gave me a truck to check out at my mechanic and service. I had not arrived at the mechanic and they called me that the truck had already been sold. they didn't even call me to warn me and ask if I wanted it or not. I wouldn't even give them 1 star

About a week ago i message Konrod and let him know the situation at hand and after talk on the phone he said “ i got you come on in” i didn't hesitate. A week later i was in a nice 2020 t680 and when i say these guys are good they are but dont take my word for it go visit and you'll see. I give deposit on truck I clearly mentioned I need week to come get truck 2 days after I place deposit my dad end of in icu in Baltimore hospital I contact sales man I inform my family emergency I ask more time he said is ok truck is mark sold I text him on Friday I’ll be back to home town so I can send them the money on Saturday,Friday night at 10:30pm sales person texting me I have bad news my stupid boss sold truck because I had better Offer I don’t understand is this people real human or some animals that don’t have no humanity that customer had emergency even they want to cancel deal they didn’t have courtesy to call me and let me know they are going to cancel they just sold truck .j lost 2 other deal because I promise this guy I’ll pickup truck and I pay deposit now I don’t have the truck and they don’t care shame on you guys .
