Any obstacles that I may have run into Marco went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was able to get financed and made my transaction as smooth as possible. This is a semi truck graveyard! I was so excited to buy my first semi truck and I really trusted that Nick was selling me a good truck. The radiator went out on the first run. $3500 gone before I made a dollar. This truck had problem after to problem the engine head failed 10 weeks after purchasing it. I lost all my savings trying to invest in my business if you want to make it in business don't do business with them

Dealer did everything he could to get us our first piece of equipment. A Solid truck that made us some money and helped us prepare for future purchases.

Bad experience with Marco, do not trust him, I only did the business by phone call, he is not honest, he sent the truck to the Laredo TX border, and the engine was damaged, he did not want to answer anything, it is better to consult personally what we are interested in buying

Purchase a 2014 Frieghtliner cash 12/2020 was only given a copy of the title. Original Tittle was supposedly sent out to Secretary of State to be cleaned then. 11/2021 still no title to the vehicle. When I asked Marco what as the hold up he stated “Cause we never do things on time” Blew my mind to hear such a statement from an employee. Still No title calling BBB

Purchased a 2009 Freightliner Columbia from United Trunk Sales with 850K Miles on it. The truck was very clean. They had it listed for 16K but I negotiated it to $12,500 Cash. Within a WEEK I noticed my stop engine light and check engine light was coming on and my coolant level was disappearing and couldn't find out where it was going. Once I took it to the shop they tested the EGR Cooler, Air Compressor, etc. and come to find out I had a bad cylinder head. So after paying 13K cash for the truck I had to pay 9K to get my cylinder head replaced a WEEK later. I didn't call United truck sales and let them know because it was sold "as is" and they emphasized on that and made me sign paperwork acknowledging it was sold as is. They lied and sold me a truck without def and dpf a truck which was illegal to be sold to anyone they ruined my credit and failed to take my call forever . You can run away but you can't escape we are filing lawsuit next week.
