Very unprofessional. Their driver tailgated me hard (I couldn't do anything as there was a minivan in front of me and a semi on my right). When I moved to the right to let their driver pass, he laid on his horn at me. I just was trying to let him pass. That's the kind of people you're dealing with. I wouldn't buy a tricycle from them. Edit: these people are claiming "it wasn't their guy" but this driver was clearly towing another semi which I'm sure he was delivering to their business at he was traveling towards Indiana. Also interesting to note that instead of looking into it, their reaction is to blame their customers.

We love it there we make a lot of trips to Louisville Kentucky my family and I and we always stop there on the way back home we live up in commiskey Indiana so it's about a 45 50 minute drive we stopped there and use the bathroom and my autistic son absolutely loves your store he looks forward to it every time and on top of that he won't let us miss the exit for nothing he makes sure we get off so I figured I should show my love and appreciation and let everybody know that it's a great place at the same time that is autistic friendly all of your sales associates are more than happy to engage in a conversation with him or help him in any way that they can they do not treat him any different than any other child that comes in there and I look forward to his visit they know who we are which is really nice it makes us feel like we're part of the family but thank you so much

i have stopped in there a few times over the years, nice group people. James was extremely good to me every time, i have been looking and waiting for the right truck for me. one time, i stopped by and he said, ride to the shop with me and see if the ones there are what ya might want, if so ... I'll get done up right while it's in there ... great attitude ! you won't get that at a dealership, even when you are about to pay $130,000 for a brand new truck. the one truck i was looking at, i noticed that there was oil in the antifreeze, (experience told me the oil cooler was bad) as i was sharing this info with James, he called the shop to come get it and make it right, and i hadn't given him a penny... that tells me, they are an honest business... and not afraid to do the right thing. and FYI I'm still waiting for the right truck for me, and when he's got it... I'll be spending my money there at i-65 truck sales. keep up the good work James.

Words just can't express my experience with I65. James and his assistant are amazing. The shop guys are awesome also... If you buy a truck here, they will make sure everything is fine with it. Thanks guys for all your help. Would recommend anyone to go here.....

Store is always clean, equipped with showers for CDL drivers, showers the whole facility has never looked dirty outdated etc. The workers are always the upmost to any of your needs. Trust me you will not be disappointed visiting this place for gas,snacks,drinks,food,polar pops, or a burger and fries...

Been dealing with James and his staff for a few years. I kept stopping and looking at trucks. Last year I stopped and ended up taking home a western star. It's been a pretty good truck. It's like any other truck. You have to wrench on them all. The staff has always been very nice to me. It's like anything you buy from anyone. You must check it out. Were planning on up grading to a little bigger truck. And we are planning to do that with James and his staff.

I see complaints about issues with trucks. Of course that’s never fun but that is part of the business. It’s a machine and they are not brand new machines. As an owner op you need to learn how to do some of your own wrenching and find good shops for what you can’t do. If you take your truck to a shop all the time your gonna get burned and loose a lot of money. I 65 are good people and will work with you but you have to talk to them. Your a business owner handle business and they will work with you. I am happy with the service I have received from I 65

The Thornton's near the Scottsburg exit is a truly impressive truck stop/gas station! The place is clean, as a HUGE variety to food, snacks and drinks. The aisles aren't cluttered, but spacious. There are showers and automated restrooms. The staff is attentive and friendly. There is a Burger King attached, which is modern and clean.

My favorite place for repairs, particularly on my Rigmaster, and truck lights (Volvo 780). Called ahead and Ive never had a problem getting in for service next day. Parts guys cool, as well as the few mechanics Ive come in contact with. Couple of folks seem stand offish, but the majority have been cool folks.

Friendly and efficient people all the way around! Flew in and test drove a truck that I had picked out on the internet and decided to go with another truck after arriving. Without any questions they pushed the deal through and took care of anything I noticed in a very timely matter. Definitely made purchasing my first truck a great experience!

Awesome dealership!! You definitely need to see the trucks in person. And be mindful that most of these trucks are 10+ years old, they're not going to be in perfect shape. He sells them as he gets them on condition to keep the prices low. 25% down payment, in house financing. If something needs fixing, he'll fix it. The a/c, Jake brake, and tail lights didn't work on 99 freightliner classic, he fixed all of it before I came back to get the truck. They will bend over backwards to take care of you. Will definitely be buying more trucks from them.

The trucks was in good condition 3 to 5 years ago that's why the pics u see are in good shape until u get there in person they are supposed to be DOT Inspected by there DOT the truck I bought was not DOT Inspected because if it was my truck would of had a DOT sticker on it but there was not James also told me he would put tires on it new they were recaps I put down a lot of money on my truck and wouldn't recommend anyone to spend there money here

I can't say enough about this place and mr joyce himself, i purchased a 2005 w900L 3 weeks ago i began having problems with it and mr James said to bring it back and began all repairs immediately on it and supplied me with a shop truck to drive while my truck is being repaired dealership's like this i didn't think existed after some of the other places I've purchased trucks in past i recommend i65 truck sales to any and everyone thanks mr joyce and i65 truck sales and the staff at the repair shop really awesome and friendly people

I stopped in to check out the trucks. I doubt if any of these were road worthy. Cabs smell like mildew, rusty fifth wheels, all the trucks were filthy. Just a bunch of $4000 trucks with a $10k down payment. Pass on this place.

I'll say this, back a few years ago, I traded my truck in on a 2004 379exhd he had, the truck I had picked out had it's glitches, I drove 7 hours in my pickup, looked at the truck, expressed my concerns, James agreed to fix everything, I drove home, and 4 days later drove back out to trade, the truck was fixed, and I was pleased that James kept his word, I ran the truck with minimal issues for quite a while, actually a pretty nice truck for the program he offers, then my personal situation took a hard turn for the worse, life crumbled and my mind turned south with all the problems I was having, relationship ending, sick family member, and fighting for custody of my boy, I got behind on my payments, 1 payment, then 2, then 3, and it seemed impossible to keep up and get things right, long story short, I lost my truck, and being that my mind was mush, and I felt as if my back was against the wall, I was not pleasant to deal with, I spoke to James staff inappropriately, and acted ignorant, now fast forward 3 years, I'm doing well, and life has settled, custody of my boy, and I'm in alot better place financially, so with a knot in my throat, I called I65 Trucks, and after a few minutes, they remembered me lol, but much to my surprise, as I expected to be cussed, and deserved it, the accepted my apology, and opened their doors for me again, to help me get back in my own truck, without judgement of the past deal, I was told this, we accept your apology and are pleased your doing well, come out and see what we have and we will get you in a truck again no problem, now this may seem like not a big deal, but to me it showed not only good business, but a family atmosphere, and I know some people will say. James just wants your money, and your right, but I can assure you my 10k down payment would not break the dealership, and by no means do they need me to buy a truck there, so to sell me another truck after the past unfortunate deal tells me it's about more than just money, and that he really is out to help guys get in trucks, yes you pay alot over the term, but you have to understand the risk and cost that come with the program he offers, guys with no credit or in a tough place credit wise need this program, I'm thankful that as a person, and people, I was forgiven and able to do business again with them. So take from this what you want, but i65 will have my business again when a truck comes along that I desire.

This is a very good place to buy a truck, I encourage everyone who is considering on getting their truck get it here because these guys are really good and take good care of those people who come in to see them.
