Just recently bought a truck had a few problems the guy name Brett got me situated and fix what the problems was I highly recommend them for anybody they are fair and very understanding and helpful if needed

Stay away from that dealer. They lie too much trying to sell their staff and that is it. They try to sell you using lies. When the purchase is done they turn around 180 degrees, when you try to contact them about issue. No recommend to anybody after getting truck from them and spending more than 12k in repairments. Worse dealer experience I had ever. I would recommend passing by that dealer if you are nearby them. Thank you Brain for being such a liar.

I bought a 07 kenworth from these guys thinking all was good. Got it home, hauled 2 loads with it and started having problems with it overheating. Called the guys at Jasper back, couldn't get a hold of anyone and nobody returned my calls after leaving multiple messages. $15,000 in repairs later the truck is fine. These guys give used vehicle salesmen a bad name!

I've bought a lot of trucks from various dealers and have dealt with a lot of salesman that are just trying to get your money. I have never actually gave a review but I could not help myself due to the fact that Brian at Jasper truck sales went above and beyond to help me find the perfect truck. I'm a very small trucking company trying to expand my business and most salesman would take advantage of that, So I can say with all honesty that The guys at Jasper truck sales are really looking out for the small guys like myself. Brian sold me a beautiful Kenworth that I get excited to drive everyday. I actually cry tears of joy when I shift that bad boy into drive. Rides like a dream. Brian is the real OG who tells the complete truth through the whole process. Made me feel like we were biological cousins. Like we were long lost siblings. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! Recently i purchased truck from them and it broke down 1000 miles after purchase. Sales guy i delt with was Brian. He convinced me to pay more money for this truck because they had to replace the turbo. They put used turbo on the truck and whoever did the work screwed up big time. Turbo was not instaled properly and it caused it to suck water into the system which caused both turbos to fail. I had to replace both of them among other things that were damaged around turbo which costed me around $6000. I called Brian (sales guy) and told him what happened and thats when he turned from a guy who calls you back in a minute and gives you all the attention to a guy who never calls you back and ignores your calls and emails. Amazing transformation!!!! When i was bying the truck he told me his shop did the work and he will get all the receipts. So after being ignored for so long i decided to write this and i will include pictures above. This is shame for Jasper Truck Sales and everyone working there. I am so disappointed.

Please Please please Stay away from this place..bought used frightlinner and drove back to Sacramento,CA..Brian said very good truck no maintenance needed atleast 200,000 miles.. First day going for load,gear not engaging..Called Brian and he said it's my problem..truck still parked at yard for 5 months waiting on parts..only paying insurance and payment..

Drove 6 hours to buy a truck that I was told was serviced and road ready. After bring my scanner and taking it for a ride found out the rear main was out and there was no oil in the truck.... checked out another truck and was the same way. Pulled it in the shop and added oil I told their mechanic that it’s pouring out and he didn’t seem to care... smh....

We'll i guess when you sell.anything ussd.your only going to get responses about the bad ,i have purchased 7 or so trucks from jasper in 17 years ,i had a problem with a/c on (1) of them ,was fuse box ,they sold it to me below the price that any other dealership wanted for the same spec'd truck ,so i had it repaired ,i have never known of jasper doing a D O T inspection on any of these trucks ,they sell good used equipment, they do not have a crystal ball ,they cannot see into the future, and you wont be able to beat there prices,and it doesnt matter where you buy a used semi ,the truth is there sold as is ,and yes they sell a lot of penske trucks ,(penske maintained trucks). I do not work for them ,and i have no personal connection with them ,but with any purchase ,anywhere, have it checked out before you buy ,spend some bucks of your own before you invest anywhere.

I bought 2 units from them and turned out to be the worst trucks I dealt with. They fake DOT inspections as i spent few thousands on each unit just to get it DOT approved. Other dealers may be a couple of thousands more expensive, but you get what you pay for my Friends!

Omg I LOVE this truck dealership!!!!! It has the best employees and the jaspers are a hoot!!!!! If I had to suggest a dealership to buy a vehicle I would suggest jasper truck sales!!!! This is a one of a kind place and it has AMAZING customer service. I could sit there and talk to these amazing people for hours and hours!!!!! Bought a truck and within 1500 miles injectors went out (couple thousand fix) then to be told truck has severe blow by engine needs replaced. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

This place is terrible to do business with salesman are very shady I flown out to Fort Wayne with my own expense for them to tell me they sold the truck over the weekend after I was approved Friday then act like they didn’t care about the situation
