Took 12 hours for 2.5 hours of billable labor to get out the door. Had to ask for mechanic to put cover over seat, comfortable lounge to sit in people were nice but too long for a simple computer update.
This is in response to Aaron. Ive dealt with palmer for 3 years since I bought my t680. Absolutely the best service and fantastic people to deal with. Point Blank. These guys bend over backwards to help us drivers so I say that you sir ARE A BALD FACED LIAR. END OF STORY.

Mike was awesome to deal with on a overhaul truck was towed in and next day diag was given and I was able to talk to him regularly everything went smooth and people went out of their way to make this not as painful as it could have been. Wish they were closer to home
Went in for front end damages and my truck was completely repaired and ready to go in a week. That's fast service and they're not open 24hrs.
Had a blown air bag while passing through! The ser ice lady said YES come in. It took awhile, but they got me back on the road.
Customer service was good. They had the parts that I needed. Very convenient open on Saturdays till 3:30 p.m.
One of the best Kenworth shops I have been too. All of the employees are helpful and courteous. Devin went out of his way to help me. Shane went out of his way to help me. Both did so with a smile. My truck was fixed in a timely manner… They got me back out on the road as soon as they could. Thank you all gentlemen!
My bunkheater was disassembled without reassembly and would have been charged $3,000.00 to fix a faulty glowpin and motor. The only thing missing off the unit was a filter when brought in for service. Paid labor to diagnose. *****UPDATE****** Nothing was wrong with the motor just needed glowpin repair.
Keep up good work took me in same day fix my truck before shut down derated only thing was sat 4 hrs before shift change 1st shift smoked brains out walked around more than worked.. Second shift awsome took right away keep up good work A good place FOR UNDERCOVER BOSS TV SHOW TO GO ALL LOCATIONS
The crew here did a great job on my truck. I had my turbo go out, and the diagnosed it when they said they would(Tuesday after I brought it in). They got a turbo and had it installed the following week then discovered a sensor was bad. Getting parts these days is a challenge for everyone, but they got one, got it installed, and let us kow it was ready. Amy went above and beyond to let me in afterhours so we get rolling. The facility is very nice and everyone I dealt with were very nice and professional. Thank you Palmer Kenworth East.
Worst experience with a truck service dealer. Truck was towed in 6/1/22, driver was told he couldn’t stay at his truck rudely then told he could after already booking a hotel. Called in the morning was told the truck would be in first thing. Driver waited two more days before service tech told me that they would need to wait for a master mechanic. Driver was sent to hotel for 4 days before finally being told it’s an ecm issue and a new ecm would be 3 months. Wasted 7 days and 5 days of hotels. Service techs have no care for your time or money being lost for sitting for days. Horrible dealership. Also charged 2100 just in labor to diagnose and not fix the issue. Was told manager would reach out and never reached out.
Called them up in morning for them to do a idl shutdown turn off. I was told they could fit me in early afternoon and they did just that. Great job friendly service people and easy to talk with as well as patient with slow call backs with po #. I would recommend this dealer hands down.
Amy from service was super helpful! Great communication, and went out of her way to assist us in getting our truck picked up after hours. When a truck breaks down 600+ miles from home terminal, you never know what you are getting with a service company. With Palmer East, you are getting an ally who care about your company and team members as much as you do. I do not hesitate to recommend Palmer East Service department.
I would suggest to ask for Amy she is the best there who actually cares to get you in and out quick. Overall is a good dealership but you need to talk to the right peope to be able to help you. Not everybody will help you the way Amy will I can garentee you that.
