Lacked a bit in communication and pricing was a little high but overall, I'm pleased with the work performed on my motorhome.

There were multiple problems with my vehicle and the service men kept at it until they found the real problem and didn’t just try to settle on the easy fix to rush me through.

I have an older truck and I called D & K for some brake parts. The woman answered and said all of the parts people where busy and would I mind if the next available person could call back. Lucky for me Tony Anderson called me back!!! He was absolutely outstanding!!! Very professional and accurate with all of the parts needed. Thankful Tony is my new parts guy!!! Heck yea Tony...you rock!!!

It took 2 months for me to get a egr cooler. Not there fault likely but at least they did call me when it came in. Took my truck here for service they fixed nothing and charged me 300 dollars, just for my truck being there. Gotta be careful when getting your semi fixed that can happen.

D&K did a pretty good job cleaning up Eunice. D&K is just around the corner from meijer dc. so when meijer makes you sit for 8 - 10 hours or more, head on over to D&k to get your truck all shined up

Work was good but they limited my tractor. After replacing the cpc set at old company truck with engine shut off and limited speed. Also a password on now when there shouldnt be. So was charged by another shop trying to figure out password.

OUTSTANDING service! We had a shred truck blow an air bag while servicing customers up in Lansing. Being based out of Toledo, I was initially upset we were down so far from home. Spoke to service, they told me to limp the truck over to them and they would look at it right away. We got the truck there around 3:00 or so, and they repaired it while we waited. Our dealership would likely have told us to leave it there and they would look at it within a couple of days. I am more than impressed and incredibly grateful for their ability to get right on it. We are swamped with service stops and would have been in real trouble if that truck had been down for even a day or two. We had JUST lost our backup truck to a fire. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership/service dept. for any work that needs to be done. Their professionalism and communication is top notch! Thank you, thank you for getting us back on the road!

BEWARE: The mechanics at this shop must be incompetent. We have taken our truck in multiple times over the last couple years. Brought to their attention a shake in the trucK, They re did the entire front end. The second my husband left the shop it was shaking. So the next step was replacing tires. Still shaking. Takes it back in AGAIN and the mechanic test drives it and says there is no shake. My husband is feeling the bumps in the road! He's been on the road for 2 days since leaving their shop. And brand new tires are now cuffing out!! These mechanics seem to just throw money into your truck, without knowing what is truly wrong and then try to say it is fixed. Then will telll you to just bring it back. And continue to bill you as they throw money into your truck not knowing if what they are fixing is actually what is wrong.

I can't say enough nice things about this place and the people who work there. I was there all day but I almost didn't want to leave. The driver lounge was empty so just me but it was so comfortable. And someone came in to clean and disinfect several times during my stay. Great job guys

Don't listen to well please plug sensor back in doesn't mean leave it unplugged also day shift must rock out hard core because I waited 3 hours for my ride to show up and night shift guys ran around playing tag horse play and didn't do a thing all night and don't respond and say they do cause they are worse than my 5 year old not saying they aren't cool because they where polite people and nice but need to learn how to at least do something bet they sign under jobs and never finish anything lol

Never work with Colton Loomis from sales. He is a liar. He told me a 2022 Freightliner Cascadia ( used with 17 k miles) is coming. I told him I have my own bank to finance the truck. My bank ran my credit and got me approved . After a week or so I got an email from Colton Loomis saying the truck is ready and told me the price will be $5,000 more. I wrote him a email saying our deal was $185,000. He never replied back to my emails or my phone calls. I have called him several times, but no answer. Today i have called him from a different number and he answered his phone. He told me truck is sold to a different person for $195,000. This guy wasted my time and ruined my credit history . The way how he treated me is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend buying a truck from this place .Colton loomis is a very dishonest sales guy.
