Just purchased our second truck. Walter was helpful, courteous and personable from start to finish. He made the whole process seamless. All of the folks at Grand Rapids truck center were helpful, responsive and knowledgeable.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone bought a peterbilt and 4 days later had wiring issues and now having to replace the whole wiring harness

They had a very wonderful sales team, easy to work with.

We purchased a 2016 Freightliner Coronado from Grand Rapids Truck Center. Walter Ball was our salesman. We had such a easy purchase being out of state. Walter and his team were most professional and care taking on our Truck and answering all of our questions with quick responses. The Office and Service are very organized and clean. Great Job Grand Rapids Truck Center. We are trucking right now.

Was in the area a week or so back and my truck was very low on coolant. I called and asked could they help me out and they were very polite and helpful! I was trying to buy a couple bottles of coolant but when I got there they topped me off and gave me another bottle of coolant to take with me all for free!! Didn’t expect this but this just goes to show you how great they are as individuals and corporately! I would recommend these guys to anyone and the next time I’m in the area I plan on patronizing this business! Thanks again

These guys have nice trucks as far as my experience with them, seems like they do buy them from reputable fleets and well service them. The vehicle that I bought was in very good shape. Update..... 1 month later Engine had few oil leaks that were simply washed and cleaned off by dealer and then called good, A/C quit working , ECM and odometer has mileage difference currently being investigated.....

I bought a Truck from here in April, gave them a list of stuff that needed to be fixed and it wasn't. They gave it a DOT with no problems found. Get it to my shop 2hrs later and it failed DOT. 3 weeks in the shop and $13k later its good.

DO NOT PURCHASE A TRUCK FROM THIS PLACE. A friend of mine purchased 2 trucks from them n 1 didn't even finish 1 trip b4 it blow the engine. He's putting in a new engine at this own expense bc GRAND RAPIDS TRUCK CENTER didn't care to help him out at all with the repair. If you want to buy a good used GLIDER KIT TRUCK go to FITZGERALD in TN n see DAVID POSTON he will take care of you I promise my friend purchased 3 trucks from him in the last month at the very good price. DAVID gave him a 1yr 100,000 miles warranty on the engine with the option to buy 2yr/250,000 mile engine/transmission/rears for less than $1200. Trust me you will thank me for writing this review the day you decide to buy a truck from GRAND RAPIDS TRUCK CENTER. I felt obligated to let every fellow truck driver out there know what these guys did to a friend of mine bc I know how hard we work for our money.
